This window tint was very easy to apply

I purchased 5 bags of Vigoro brown mulch. There were plastic bottle caps, pieces of broken clay pots & ridiculously large chunks of wood that had not been chopped up in the bags. I would never buy that item again.

Christina helped us find so many things that we needed for our trailer renovation and even suggested new ideas! Definitely will be back for her to help us out more.

The flowers, vegetables and herbs are outstanding here. Cory, Mark and Thomas are always so helpful, and are always willing to answer any questions thrown at them.

I'm partially disable. Riley assisted me pulling lumber, pushing the cart to check out and helping me load. Matt stopped to give Riley a hand with sheets of plywood. I was impressed. When I thanked them, the response was, "this is my job". One does not hear that often anywhere. Thank you guys again.

If you know what you need and where to find it in the store, they will usually have it. Unfortunately, they lack staff to be there when you need them and when you do find them... they more than likely have no knowledge of the product to help you.... Find your answers in youtube then go to the store to find what you need.

Poor customer service if any at all. Employees do not care. Store is a disaster, isles are stacked with inventory making it difficult to navigate the carts through.

I don’t understand how I bought the exact same rock with the exact same sku number and I got two totally different rock. And now I cannot return the rock. I was trying to surprise my husband whose coming home from overseas and the rock they gave me is not the same what so ever. I am so disappointed because now the yard is ruined. I am 8 months pregnant and so there is nothing I could do to even try to remotely fix it.

The store is actually inviting when you walk in. It was clean and tidy and parking lot had nice trees for shade. Found what I wanted easily and was helped by a friendly cashier.

Great place to shop! Had a return with the receipt that Salinas Store wouldn't honor. Salinas told me I was welcome to take it to Atascadero store. So I did. Atascadero honored the return even though the purchase was from the Salinas store. Look for a young man named Isaac! He is smart, helpful and knowledgeable young employee. His supervisor was pretty great too!

Travis was very helpful in finding the zip ties I needed to hang up my lights!

I found this location has the friendliest staff over the phone and in person. It’s exactly 1 mile further away than the other closest location. I will be traveling the extra mile to spend my money with people I like.

No one to help with customer load outs. All the employees seem to care about is getting carts in parking lot. All I here are excuses and no solutions. Can't get through to corporate offices to make proper complaint.

Cashier Blandy has always been very friendly and helpful. Always love seeing her when I come to Home Depot.

Within the first few months of 2021, every visit I’ve had to this store has been generally positive. Most of the time, I visited with a friend who was working to improve their home and I accompanied them to help with whatever they needed. Each time I went with someone, we were helped quickly and in a friendly manner. However, the one experience I had on my own was... positive but, I did feel as though I was treated in a lesser manner than my other visits. I went to the store looking for batteries for my impact driver and hammer drill for some old Ryobi tools. They worked fine, they just needed some newer, up-to-date batteries. I had a Vanon battery that worked with the tools (according to my friend) however, I had not tested it out for myself yet. When I made it to the aisle which had the batteries (informed by an employee, thank you), I saw the new “One Plus” Ryobi batteries which on the packaging said, “Works with any One Plus Tool!” They were Lithium-Ion batteries which hold a charge giving consistent power until the charge finally runs out, at which point the battery would die, and I would need to charge it. This sounded appealing to me because classic batteries would begin to dwindle in power, resulting in a less than ideal situation when trying to work efficiently. I brought the One Plus battery to a woman near the front door at a check out counter and asked her, “I see that on this package, it says this battery will work with any new One Plus tool from Ryobi. Do you know if they will work with any of the older tools?” The woman said to me, “Well... I think it kind of implies that it will only work with those newer ones.” Another girl was with her and she exclaimed saying they wouldn’t work with the older ones but, I got the feeling she might not have known exactly what she was talking about. I don’t really blame her for that, as she was just trying to be helpful. The woman however, did make me feel a bit foolish, and I was not satisfied with that verbal exchange. I took the battery home anyway, popped it into my impact driver, and helped repair an old bridge in my grandmother’s backyard which had been there since I was a child. Overall, I was very happy that I was able to find such a useful item, but I was not happy with how I was spoken to. I will still shop at this store, and I typically enjoy my visits.
