I purchased a new water heater and HD had all the right items to complete my installation.

The cashier that helped me today, was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Her smile, made me leave Home Depot happy with my purchase.

I was attempting to purchase two PVC pipes. The gentleman assisting me was extremely kind and helpful. He cut the pipes that I requested and kindly sent me on my way to check out. But when I went to check out, Beverly was attempting to charge me for 4 PVC pipes instead of two (that were cut into 4 pieces). I was attempting to purchase two PVC pipes. She told me that I needed to go get him and explain that to her because I should have purchased them before bringing them to her. This led to me having to go get the gentleman to come explain this to her and there was another associate (lady mentioned above), who tried to argue with him about the department/section he worked in. At this point of frustration, I tell them that I no longer want the pipes and to keep them. Beverly then tell me that “I need to chill out”. Excuse me? I don’t pay my money for someone to tell me how to react to my TERRIBLE shopping experience. Then the other lady is trying to debate with the gentleman that helped me based on her knowledge from working at Home Depot in NEW YORK CITY. To his point, and my thought, THIS IS ATLANTA. I’ve never had to argue or debate with someone over something so minuscule. Multiple times the gentleman tried to deescalate the situation by telling them that they need to check me out and he would explain things to them after but they kept trying to debate with him. If anything, he deserve many commendations for his great service. But the other two associates, definitely need to be trained and learn to LISTEN when they are not as knowledged in areas they are unfamiliar with. I’d rather drive to Vinings for a better experience than deal with this behavior.

Lunia and Felisa on a busy day took extra effort and found the item I could not find or get help to find at another store.

I love the custom service I receive at this store, I moved further away but I drive out of my way to come to this store. Thank you cashier Hope for being so kind and patient.

I typically come to the Austell Home Depot because of the customer service I receive. Today was different. In the hunt to purchase a dishwasher, the employee in the Appliance department was on her personal phone & did not acknowledge me until I threw up my hands her way. Then I was on my own to figure out what dishwasher to purchase. I did not receive any help from her in terms of what I was looking for - no questions were asked by her to help me narrow down my selections. I was very disappointed in the transaction I made. Hopefully, I like the dishwasher I selected!

My experience was GREAT!!! because of my sales rep Antoinette, she was very considerate and explained additional information important to appliance purchasing that meant a lot to me because the day before it was frustrating trying to order online., Thank you Antoinette!!! and come to find out appliances wasnt even her department!!!

Over the past few years the tool rental department seemed to have declined in customer service. Even if you go early, be prepared to wait.

Store employees Classie and Antwaine were very professional, polite and helpful. They took their time to address my needs with patience and a smile. I will certainly return and recommend my family and friends to do their shopping at this location.

Its my neighborhood store to go to for all/any home needs and compared to other HD's around there are plenty of options to choose from within various product lines.

Tom A. in plumbing was awesome, as was the helper in front and her manager. I needed a drainage tube for my portable air conditioner and he found exactly what I needed and went the extra mile to suggest a clamp to hold it in place!

Kudos goes out too Mrs or Miss Classy great personality extremely helpful knows the job quite well personality outstanding very upbeat person very knowledgeable and I really enjoyed checking out at her particular area keep up the good work home Depot is number one in my book will continue to always shop at Home Depot for things that I need keep up the good work God bless Reverend Ross be encouraged always.

I used to worry about our young people bringing our country into the future in a competent way. The store assistants I met today, Mr Hakim and Ms Joydine, put that worry to rest. I think our country is going to be okay! Wonderful young people!
