Bad experience every time
Worst Home Depot lumber section I've ever seen. Very unorganized, products unlabeled. Also couldn't cut lumber, because "saw was broken". Lumber checkout register was also broken, had to go in inside to pay for lumber. Took almost 2 hours to get two sheets of MDF.

profiling
once I walked up to the counter and said my card was declined by the way I was stressed. I felt like I was being profiled with snarky comments about. Did you make a payment? No one let me say that I got a new card in the mail, but it was just in my name only did not have my husbands name listed not a good experience and as far as I’m concerned, I will not be back

Website said they had a qty. of 35 in stock and when I drove an hour one way to buy a couple of this item, they had none in stock. An associate named Paul helped me the most by trying to find the item. A couple of other associates was of little help they acted like they didn’t have the time to help, but Paul spent awhile with me trying to help.

Delivery
. Although I understand delays there was not attempt to call or resolve the issues . I found out only when calling when the truck was not even loaded . I had paid additional for a delivery window . This was my attempt to not waste the contrition crews time . I wished this store would atleast made an attempt to do the same
