Home Depot is one of my favorite places to shop…especially the one in Batesville, AR! Everyone is so helpful and friendly. They do not always have exactly what I want, but I can always find something else to get ;) yah I probably spend way too much money there. Lol

Ashlyn and her assistant are the best.. check them out!!

Good customer service is so rare nowadays and such a treat! Thank you so much to Brad it was so helpful during our shopping experience. We are building a new house and have been to many different home improvement stores and honestly this was our best experience. I really like a lot of what was in stock and it was plentiful. What a change!

Very happy with all the products I have bought including electrical, wall paneling, nails, carpet squares, air-conditioning unit and several other items. Store management and associates that I dealt with in these areaa and a few others were all willing and available to help if necessary. I plan to add photos at a later date

We are updating our home and had lots of questions for several departments. The employees we interacted with were very knowledgeable and helpful with all our questions. They really knew their jobs and were able to recommend products to get the job done right.

The "New" way of getting a Military Discount is absolutely HORRIBLE!!! If you really DON'T want to offer a discount to the Military, please just say so. The frustration "trying" to get your stupid QR code to work is probably the worst thing I've seen in more years than I can remember. LET THE CHECKERS CHECK OUR ID'S AND SCAN THE DISCOUNT. Currently they can do this (at least at this store, but they keep saying it is only a temporary measure).

Associates at paint were extremely helpful in cross matching paint colors to get exactly what I needed!

It's the only game in town or within 60 miles.

Consistently clean, uncluttered, and well-stocked. Couldn't ask for friendlier staff. Problems have been few and far between, and management has always resolved them to my liking.

In an over all experience, I never have a complaint about Home Depot. The store has helped me with tips and knowledge about what I’m looking for. They have helped with paint and lumber. No complaints here. It’s a great store and I’m glad it’s in Batesville Ar. On line is very new to them but they handle it well. When the system is done it will be a great thing. People are very friendly and easy to get help. Check out could improve. It’s very small and cramped and it’s hard to determine where to go to be checked out but is ok.

While my order was by phone due to Internet issues, Danny supplied amazing customer support for my purchase even though it was not even his department. This type of stellar service is a credit to this store.
