Special services employees are very helpful when you are not exactly sure of what you need. I would highly recommend getting their assistance on your projects. Every employee I encountered was very friendly.

The associates were friendly, knowledgeable and exceptionally helpful. I never had to search far for an associate, they were always readily available. The products are displayed so that I can easily find what we need. I shop here usually once a week and have never had anything other than an excellent experience.

We went to purchase a dishwasher from here on 9/23. We found one that they would have to order but we were told it would take 3 weeks to come in. So they recommended a dishwasher they had in the back. We were told it was a return because the people who purchased it did not like the style and decided they wanted a different one. They said that on 9/25 they would put a reduced price on the dish washer and we could come pay for it and get it on 9/27. When we came back to buy it and pick it up we were told that they had not marked the dishwasher price down yet and that we needed to wait until the next day, 9/28. We informed them that we lived an hour away and that this was already our second trip to the store. We were told to call and pay for the dishwasher over the phone the next day and that the dishwasher would then be delivered to us on 9/28 for no extra charge. So the next day we called and paid for the dishwasher and AFTER the purchase we were told that it could not be delivered and we needed to come get it. We came that day to get it. The same day we installed the dishwasher to only discover that the dishwasher did not properly drain water. When we called to tell them the issue we were told that a repair man would get ahold of us the NEXT day 9/29 and he would come and fix it. We were not contacted until 10/2 and the repair man said he could not come fix it until 10/5. And if he couldn't fix it then Home Depot would order us a new one which would take a couple weeks to get! We uninstalled the dishwasher and took it back to the store and got a refund. Never once did a manager try to make anything right! They obviously didn't care. It was a very frustrating process and we didn't even end up with a dishwasher. We will not be back.

I love shopping at this store . Always find what I am looking for . Everyone is friendly and eager to help. Keep up the good work Batesville , Home Depot .

The Home Depot store in Batesville is our "Go-to" store when we need something for our home. We have made many purchased there from flooring to appliances , and we have always been pleased with the products. Once when we were shopping for paint one of the associates took the time to show us a better quality paint that was on sale for a better price than what we were going to pay. We appreciate all the friendly people and their enthusiasm to serve the customers. The smiles we are greeted with mean a lot when you are in a hurry and on a mission. We have never failed to have exceptional service there!

Great experience. Would definitely recommend this store. Was trying to find a particular item and the website said this store didn't have it. But 3 yes 3 employee's each started searching in areas the item I wanted might be. You just don't find that anywhere else.

The employees were VERY helpful. Especially Ronnie, he helped us find everything we needed. He searched for over thirty minutes just to find the particular lights we needed for our shop. The customer service was awesome.

The employees at this store have always been friendly and helpful to me. Can usually find anything I need here. Checkout is efficient and they give a veteran's discount when I ask and show my VA card. Good value, especially with the discount.

We have built a small retirement home and shop and purchased 90% of all the material needed at the Batesville, Arkansas store. The Sales Staff in Millworks, electrical, plumbing, and appliances were so very helpful in answering all our questions. They were all knowledgeable and friendly.

This home depot was very helpful the employees i encountered was very helpful and kind. I will be returning for future projects.
