Ron in appliances is very kind and helpful. I think she should be nominated for employee of the month.

Although the staff is friendly, it's sometimes hard to find someone to help load in the lumber department. It seems like there is only one person who knows how to drive a forklift and there hard to find sometimes.

Great store to shop, with friendly employees.

Other than being told i would have to wait ,all was good,She should have said I will have someone with you shortly as no one has to wait when there are other stores in town.

Poor customer service . Last night I call to checked if this Home Depot have a tile in stock and they did so I travel 1 hour to get it and the service was terrible. They didn’t try to find it , have to get someone else that want it to help since the other employee was just being lazy

Everyone is eager to help, anytime we are in the store we are asked if we need any help. If someone doesnt know the answer they know who will and call them immediately. Everyone is super friendly ans very helpful. Batesville is our go to store for anything home improvement! I ordered a matching cooktop and oven for my soon remodeled kitchen. The cooktop I ordered had Stainless detail, the vender contacted me and said that it had been discontinued but they were replacing with the newer comparable model. When I look up yht model number given I noticed it wasnt stainless, but there was one that was. When I called the vendor back they wouldnt trade out for the stainless. When I called the store, the associate called the vendor and got the same answer but then passed me up to the manager who was Cortney, she was able to cancel my order and reorder with the stainless cooktop at no additional cost! I am so happy. She went above and beyond and I'm so thrilled.

Being a retail employee myself, I know how exhausting Black Friday can be for employees. I came into the Batesville location in the evening on Black Friday and received some of the best customer service I have ever seen! I spent over two hours in store and received assistance for the majority of my shopping trip. From explaining what tools I needed to paint, to tips on patching drywall, the customer service was excellent. Never once did any employee make me feel bad for having no idea what I was doing. Everyone was extremely patient and kind, and answered every question I had, (which was a lot!) I’m very thankful for such a great experience and I recommend this store to everyone!

All workers are friendly and they assist us in all what we need !!the store is neat and we find the stuff we need easily

I think it is a nice thing to have employees who give a hoot! Mathew went out of his way big time to find MY PRODUCT. I was so relieved to get IT. I had been to 4 stores and ZILCH!! I'm a happy camper. Rachel T. is also a special gal. very nice! When I go back to H.D. if I need assistance I will look for one of them!!! Bonus' come to mind,or at least a whole weekend off!! My product was not a challenge for Mathew even though it's probably not a popular product. " Howard Butcher Block Wax!! I got a new cutting board and ya'll had it!! This is by far THE CLEANEST H.D. I've ever been in!! Just moved from Phoenix where there are several H.D.s.By the way Mathew ASKED ME if he could help me, I didn't have to ask him!!! Thanx for the HELP YOU 2!!

We highly recommend the Batesville Home Depot.

The store was clean and well stocked but do not expect much help from employees and double check prices as they are scanned. If something scans wrong easier to just tell them to take it off and buy it somewhere else.

Have lived here for 13 years and enjoy shopping in my local Home Depot. All employees make you feel good. Willing to go out of their way to help me be satisfied
