I’m a frequent Home Depot shopper due to my job. At this Home Depot everyone is very helpful and professional. The store is clean and always have what i need in stock. Definitely recommend.

Excellent customer service!

The cashiers are very rude and snappy. They do not show any concern for the customers. They made me feel as if I was inconveniencing them. I had stopped coming to this store but thought I would give them another chance.

We own rental properties and this is our warehouse of materials. We shop here always.

Be sure to find Donna to help you. Her customer service is outstanding! You don’t find employees like her very often anymore!

our order was not pulled we have been there for 2hr 1/2 to get our order

Ordered a $3000 mower online and was told it was ready to pick up. Arrived at the store and they could not find key. Waited for 30 minutes . Finally handed a dirty key. Then told we would have to wait for manual. 30 minutes later we were handed a half printed manual and told sorry they couldnt get it to print. Over an hour from start to finish! 3000 dollars to get a dirty key and a half printed manual. Extremely disappointing!!!!!

Have been in the same store for 12 years or more and have great service and many products that no other home store would have or I could never find but home depot you have everything you need.

I love this store. I purchased a lot of things from this store and have always enjoyed spending my money here. I was flooded in 2017 used this store for everything I had to purchase. Then was un lucky and flooded again in 2019. So here we go again. This is the only store I’ll go too. Thank you for letting us write this review.

Update to my “unhappyshopper” review. Within a few days I was contacted by the store manager. He went above and beyond to replace the item I needed for my husband’s Christmas present!

Every interaction i have had at this store has always resulted in a positive experience. That doesn't mean that i have not had instances where i could not find things on my own. When that happened i contacted an employee in that department and have always received courteous prompt help. When something i was looking for was not available or assistance i needed could not be rendered it has always been handled with courteous professionalism. The store isles are usually well kept and not cluttered. The floors and isles were clean. I have always had positive interaction with associates at The Baytown store.

I attempted to purchase a Makita cordless circular saw for my husband for Christmas. They only had 2 in stock, both looked like someone had taken a saw to the box. I ordered one online to be picked up at the store and it came in without about 2 rolls of packing tape holding it together from all the damage. Please remove damaged items from your inventory.

Why must every store have self checkout? I will try to avoid any self check at every chance I get. No cashiers, no customer interaction, no support from me.

Soila took extra time to assist us in placing an online order after another employee was having trouble. Computers were slow and she patiently worked through it to complete order.
