Don’t try to get the tools u need that don’t stock vary well

the gentleman who helped put product on cart for me and the young man who loaded it in my car and the cashier were so very helpful and pleasant

The customer service at this location was subpar. We don't have a Home Depot where I live and if they allow this type of customer service at all of their stores I don't want one here.

I was able to get the help I needed quickly and get on the road in record time.

Very satisfied with the store one thing that happened online was when checking out they said the fridge would be shipped July 22 and then 10 minutes later as i was finishing it changed to July 28 and that Is why I called the store back and made the purchase with them.

Very friendly and helpful.. very knowledgable about products that I was looking for.. I needed a bisque to let now but had to settle for a white one cause I couldn't wait..

Easy place to get everything you need and plenty of help if you can't find it. The flooring dept. was very helpful in selecting the right flooring.

We had the best shopping experience at this Home Depot. We had a long list to fill and many questions about products. Staff assisted us cheerfully with the knowledge we needed to get the "right stuff". Checkout was cheerful and efficient despite our large order. I will definitely shop here again.

Unlike many "big box" retailers the Petoskey Home Depot has available and ready to help associates that offer a friendly helpful shopping experience.

We just had a pickup at the Petoskey Home Depot that was a small but an important item we needed right away to finish a project we were doing. This was an item that could not be picked up inside the store, so the employee directed us as to how to order it online and then pick it up in a matter of minutes. The employee on the phone was friendly and helpful and the employee that delivered the item to the back of our car was very prompt and friendly and practiced very good social distancing.

Staff are always helpful, never too busy to listen to your situation. The most impressive thing is that Store Management is always out on the floor, dressed as employees, working with employees. That says alot about why I shop here.

We are remodeling and I am the person who always gets sent to get supplies but I dont really know about building supplies so I have relied heavily on the help of Home Depot employees and they do not disappoint!

Had everything I needed

Home Depot prices were great but the mistakes in Special ordering appliances is unacceptable. The order was @35,000$ For a 4200 square foot house. The appliances were better priced than any of the competitors and it was paid in full with the order. The sales specialists are supposed to know counter depth vs traditional depth differences, ice makers need pumps for the water, and ordering 3appliance for two cabinet spaces is a serious problem to be worsened by Home Depot to fight you over returns when they are intimately involved in the mistake is ridiculous.
