Never disappointed with product, service and overall experience.

RAJNI, AT THE CHECK OUT KIOSK WAS VERY HELPFUL IN OBTAINING A VOLUME DISCOUNT.ON A PRODUCT I WAS TO PURCHASE A VERY LARGE QUANTITY.

Tiffany in Customer Service is very unprofessional and needs to attend and pass a Customer Service class. She was clearly overwhelmed performing her duties and needed a break. Professionalism was not at its finest during that time.

The Service Center at the Bee Cave Store has their act together. During my last visit on March 31st, they were on their A-game and got me set up with a rental truck and loaded with mulch for my customers in a short period of time with no hassell. Even with the social distancing requirements, the service was expeditious and friendly. I felt safe and appreciated the entire time.

This store is always neat and clean with their inventory continually being restocked so I never have a problem getting exactly what I need. This store has everything a contractor or DIY people like me could possibly need. And the staff that works here, ALL OF THEM, are always so helpful, polite, friendly! We are very lucky to have a store like this in our neighborhood.

Employees greet me w/a smile each time I enter the store...They know me by name and see me frequently...I am typically the hand woman at our home and I love e it! Home Depot @ Bee Cave is my toy store and am so grateful to have this store and the friendliest employee’s just down the road.

in total, for all available choices and store personals, I like The home depot best versus Lowes or Mccoy building supplies

Probably the happiest group of employee at a home improvement store I have even seen. They generally like helping people and like each other and it shows.

Overall the store is fine. But, do not go here for propane exchange. The last four times I've wasted time going here to find out they were "out" and had to then go elsewhere.

This store has not always had the best service/employees. As of today (12-17-2019) the store personnel have done a 180. Employees are happy to help you: find things, fix a messed up order, return a ridiculous amount of the thing you ordered too much of, etc.. In general this is my favorite home depot in the area. I have 3 similar distances and I go to this one because of the employees and the service level.

What a great store! The employees are kind and knowledgeable. They have a Veterans' discount which I really appreciated. You can always find what you are looking for here.

Every time I go in there it"s busy and the staff has always been friendly and take time to help when I need it. They usually have what I need and the employees are pretty knowledgeable.

The customer service department, Donna, was super helpful. I didn't have to wait at all and she was super attentive.

Cecilia was my cashier. She was courteous, professional, smiled, and thanked me for coming in.

I went to your competitor 1st because it was closer to where I was located. I stood in the insulation department for 20 minutes with no response from an employee. I left and went straight to Home Depot. When I walked in I was greeted by Jim O., who asked me if I needed help. What a CONCEPT. As soon as I told him what i was looking for he directed me in the right direction. Your pricing was higher and I let him know. I got it for the same price, no worries. Great Job Jim. Ty Gib

Found everything I needed!

Everyone is very helpful at this store, especially Saul.

12 registers in the store and the only option is self checkout. When you get a couple things that is fine but when you have a lot to purchase you should have the option of going to a register with a sales associate.

By using self checkout, you enable corporations to reduce workforces, and more people lose work.

all the team in appliances were beyond friendly and helpful.

The store was clean and salespeople available to assist. Cashier checked me out and was very polite.

This store sees have not enough employees. Hard to find help. You are on your own.

I want to say a special thank you to Jake in the large appliance department. He was able to get us a credit that was due and that we were having a hard time getting resolved. Thank you Jake, for doing an awesome job for your customers.
