I went there to purchase 2 door knobs - they had a great selection - guess they have to stock whatever the current trend of the times are - and I wanted more of a "brushed nickel" like the ones I purchased (not from them) 2 years ago. Found a couple close enough that were just a tiny bit shinier and I think they called it closer to a "chrome" but NOT SUPER shiny like other chrome items I have in my home. I wanted to purchase Kwikset because that tends to be pretty affordable - yet decent quality - but they also had Schlage and one other brand (cannot remember the name) that they had quite a bit to choose from. Gentleman from hardware - Mike was EXTREMELY helpful - and checkout staff was over the top friendly and efficient - even though it was Memorial Day and store was rather crowded - got what I needed pretty quickly and was in and out of the store in no time!? Product did say it was for a "standard" door - but when friend installed knob the next day - it was a little smaller than my previous kwikset knob that was installed not even 2 years prior. The only reason I am bringing this up is because interior and exterior door had been painted around previous knob - and when this one was installed, you could tell lines/markings from previous knob that was bigger and covered those up? Also, when he installed, he had to use the previous "casing" or whatever it is called from the previous deadbolt with this Kwikset knob and deadbolt for some reason? It was not going to fit my door right? But it worked out ok - not perfect, but met my needs for now? I'm not that much of a perfectionist where I felt the need to return that one and keep looking for a knob that fit the door "exactly right"?

We bought our refrigerator from them. Had it less than a week until we realized the door wasn’t completely closing properly. They flat out refused to help. Go elsewhere!!

I recently made several large purchases from this location. The most recent being a washer and dryer. The sales person was very knowledgeable and friendly. It was a no pressure sale, which really makes a big difference. He left us to browse but was available when we had questions. I would definitely shop here again and again.

Love everything about the store, employees are helpful and friendly. I just can never find one when I need something unlocked or if I need something that’s high up.

As a person confused with anything in any Hardware Store, ten different staff members helped me find what I could hardly describe for multiple projects. They were kind and their patience was very much appreciated

This store has everything I need for a house remodeling job that I am working on.

We just got a new house and have suddenly a lot of projects! Colbye has been incredible. She is knowledgeable, understanding, personable, and the best person anyone could ask to meet at a Home Depot! So thankful for her help and guidance with everything we need. She spends time with us and doesn’t rush us or make us feel bad for not having more experience.

Living 2 miles from Home Depot means I make many trips there! The sweetest check-out lady, Barb, always puts a smile on my face! Stock is usually good...and products quality. If something is not right with a purchase, Home Depot is great about refunding the item.

I bought a washer and dryer when my old washer died on us. Charlie Cepcani in appliances was excellent. Knowledgable and friendly. He's a good example of why I like this store.

The other day I had to quickly get keys made, so being in the Beechmont area I stopped at Home Depot. There was a gentleman there working in ( I guess) hardware. That was so helpful and pleasant that from now on Beechmont Home Depot has my business. I live here in Milford and have a Home Depot just moments away from my house but the attention and helpfulness from Charlie has changed where I shop. Sure hope to run into Charlie at Beechmont Home Depot on my next soon to be visit.

Wonderful experience buying paint, employee was very knowledgeable about primers and the different types of paint. The staff at the Beechmont Home Depot are always helpful and there for your questions.

Everyone staff member is kind, caring, and helpful. They give as much guidance as possible.

I always go to Home Depot on Beechmont Ave for all of my yard, house and design needs. During my visit this time Jan was friendly and quick to make sure I had everything I needed.
