Home Depot (Beechmont Ave) is by far my favorite home improvement store. This store is always clean, stocked and has friendly helpful employee's. They recognize Veterans with a much needed discount which is highly appreciated. I have never had a single bad experience in this store.

Great customer service after no customer service on past visits.

I previously owned a Fiskars hand hedgeclippers. When they broke and I returned them, customer service just said to go back and pickup a new pair of clippers

We just bought a new refrigerator at Beechmont Home Depot. They have great service and friendly, knowledgeable staff. We shop there often and always get great service!

She was able to locate the item and sale I had found on the WEBSITE as well as verify and check out with the advertised price. A regular employee did correctly Identify that the RYOBI SALE POSTER did not show all the tools listed on the internet. BUT the cashier counter did correctly charge the sales price. RYOBI sales material mistake.

I bought milwaukee speaker for my son for his birthday he absolutely loves it and so do I so I bought two instead of one. THANKS AGAIN HOMEDEPOT WE LOVE UR STORE!!

Except for Cameron from the Garden Department, Viktor as well as Charlie from Appliances and Sophia from Plumbing- I felt my trip into the store was rather sad; employees would bury their faces into work- but not give any real time towards conversation or even attempt to engage me to any products of interest. The employees I call by name were able to do at least what I call the rest out against. Sophia allowed me to feel a semblance of warmth while Cameron gave me a good means of conversation and smile as I browsed. Viktor and Charlie were pleasant conversation and Charlie allowed me to try a boxed product which I promptly purchased after inspecting. These are employees that should be treated with care, the rest could try better.

The employees are nice and very helpful. The plants/flowers were sad. Seemed scorched and no yellow tomatoes. But still a good shopping trip

Every time we need help finding something or need help with what specific product you have that I need, Jack, in the Paint Department is always there to help. I have asked for his assistance many times, and he’s never steered us wrong. Thanks to Jack!

I have never had a courteous nice cashier at this store. Go to Milford Home Depot... Night and day difference in associates. Will never buy at this store again.

We went to the flooring center to get whole house flooring and carpeting. We sat down with an older lady (who did not seem interested in helping us) explained we wanted carpet upstairs and hardwood laminate downstairs and a few other details. After a few minutes of discussing our needs a man came in and sat down close to us. She said are you the one that called? He said yeah. She then said to us, give me 2 minutes and proceeded to help him. They chit chatted and we were ignored. After 10 mins of waiting we left. We went to another flooring place and spent almost 20k.

Just wanted to go buy my wife a clock to hang on the wall for her birthday. The selection was nil as there was only ONE STYLE. Would not recommend going to Home Depot for a wall clock!

We just purchased our new Samsung Washer & Dryer. This store is always very busy. We knew what we wanted when we came in. Went right back to appliances and talked briefly with an associate. He rang us up, secured our extended warranty and we were done! Very easy! Can't wait for our delivery!!!

We went in to home depot twice on the same day. The 2nd trip we had a cashier named LeLe. She was extremely kind and helpful. She went out of her way to help. Even though she was busy, she still took the time to help and be kind.
