We drove 67 miles to buy some cellular window shades and Mike T was great w advice, answering questions and cutting the blinds for us. Now we have to complete this task back at the family cabin. Thanks Mike!

It had gone into home Depot with just a picture of the kitchen pipes that I needed to replace. Robert and plumbing was so amazing and helping me locate the pipes I needed and also showing me how to use a pipe cutting tool.

I purchased 5 cellular honeycomb cordless blinds for my home, after several months of use, one of the strings came loose on the pulley mechanism on the inside of the blind. The blinds that i purchased weren’t cheap, and overall great quality. Though disappointed i understand things happen, and one out of five isn’t bad! I brought back to the store hoping to do an exchange, but understood that it was possible i could have to end up buying a new one because they were custom cut. I was able to work with Mike Eveler at the Eaton Road (Green Bay east) location who was very kind and patient, he understood my issue and listened intently. He provided outstanding customer service by helping me with doing an exchange (to my surprise). Though initially disappointed with the blind breaking, i was thrilled to learn that Home Depot would replace it for me.

Joseph the cashier was extremely rude, he did not understand our request even after two people explained to him, rudely called the manager over acting like we were not explaining ourselves and started explaining to the manager how we were not understanding. We explained to the manager and she instantly understood our request, she even asked Joseph to calm down, she handed me our change and meanwhile this was going on my toddler was playing and let out a scream and Joseph flinched at him like he was going to hit him! We were in disbelief and cannot process this, this is extremely upsetting and if he would have touched my toddler best believe things would have escalated between my family and him, he should not be working as a cashier especially at pro desk and I hope he is fired. I have my own business and use to shop here often but will not be recommending this location at all and if anything will be referencing this for people to avoid.

The people that delivered my appliance were efficient, polite, and professions. An added bonus: delivery was free at Home Depot.

Today I ran into Jessica an employee at the Green Bay store who went way above and beyond to make my job much easier, she finished loaded heavy block while I worked things out with customer service. When I got back to my vehicle I was very pleasantly surprised and grateful.

My wife and I went in to purchase a new refrigerator and cooktop. The associate that assisted us, Mike was outstanding! He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Their customer service is far superior than the other home improvement stores in the area.

We purchased all our appliances and window coverings recently at Home Depot. I love the large selection and great customer service!

I purchased two knotty pine wood interior sliding doors that I am really excited about. I am going to use them in my living room for temperature control. With the high cost of energy I think that in addition to insulating the house it will limit the energy necessary during the cold months, and keep the living area cooler in the summer months. It will create a fun look while at the same time being practical.

Lots of staff but product was displayed haphazardly. Expect more from your staff.

Way to find supplies, employees are great!

There is always someone who is willing to help and answer questions. I've had associates spend a lot of time educating me about things. They have taken extra time to show me how things work, let me paint the paint sticks to understand how trim paint would still smooth out on top of ridges from primer, got me bulk discounts. I am always very pleased with the service. I always ask for help and usually receive lots of competent help.

I consistently return to this store to seek help and advice from the employees. They are knowledgeable, available, and go out of their way to find, show, explain and help. Other similar stores--not so much. Every employee stops to pet my dog, and the cashier always has a dog treat for her. Even the restroom is maintained far better than other stores.

I recently made a large lumber purchase and needed help loading the cart(s) in the store. Kenny form the Hardware Dept. helped me from start to finish, he was patient and was awesome to work with. Danny from Pro Desk area put the orders together and he also did a great job. Xavier and Ricky from lumber were also very involved with helping, they also helped me load the lumber into my enclosed trailer, they helped me strap the load down and also did a great job. Excellent Customer Service.

I had to buy a bunch of supplies to fix up my mother in law's new house and all of the staff were helpful and knowledgeable about where various items were.located and were able to make suggestions about products that might make the project easier.

I had to return tile and purchase new tile. Ramone provided a 10+ customer service excellence experience. Not only was he pleasant to work with, he was helpful and his positive attitude made the entire experience top-notch.
