My husband & I have shopped at this Home Depot quite a bit in the last (3) months, as we just bought our new home here. We had a pipe break and needed a part fast. They showed they had it on line so we jumped in the car and headed that way. Never have I ever been made to feel so embarrassed or humiliated as I was when the employee at the door yelled at us, caused a scene, instructing us we can't go in that door and wouldn't let us in. We didn't realize there was a wrong way to enter the store, just in a hurry to get back to our home so it didn't flood on us. Everyone, employees and customers, turned to look at us as the employee continued to yell at us to go back out of the store. I understand everyone is scared at this point in time, but screaming at customers and humiliating them is not going to get you business nor good reviews. It will be a while before I go there again. And - just for reference upon yesterday at the Home Depot in Waco, Texas - the employees were very helpful, nice, polite and did not yell at us upon walking into the store.

The PRO DESK IS MY FAVORITE PLACE TO CHECK OUT. THEY ALWAYS TAKE CARE OF ME AND SUPER FRIENDLY

the employees are friendly and helpful especially Alessandra S. She was most helpful and kind with my 100 questions. I hope she is my clerk every time i shop in this store.

This store is super. I found everyone to be friendly, helpful and courteous. It's a very clean environment including the parking lot. I ask someone where to find something and they didn't carry it so the guy told me where I could probably find it. That was the first time that I couldn't find what I was looking for. THANKS HOME DEPOT.

I have been shopping here for several years ,the store is always clean and the associates are very helpful.

I would put more people in the paint department, or have someone pay more attention to customers that arrive at the counter. Waited 5 minutes finally went and tracked down an employee to mix my paint. Very unprofessional. Hire more people.

Gabriel/Gab in flooring was quick to help and had our flooring packed in cart less and 15mins.. Josh also from flooring was quick in assisting with the transaction. I had very pleased!

The store is always clean and has knowledgeable staff. Always find everything I need to get.

I’ve shopped at the Bellmead Home Depot for many years . I have bought most of my supplies for my garden and my lawn . I’ve always been satisfied with my experience here in the past few weeks I was assisted with 2 of your garden associates Andrew and Matthew they made my experience more helpful, answered all my questions and helped load my lawnmower.

The store in general is good, most of the stuff is always friendly. But there is a couple employers really rude, one is a cashier and the other is a gentleman in the lumber department. I hope some body talk to them about there bad attitude

This store is easy to get to and always has things I need for my project.

Has always people in the store were knowledgeable about product location and as always impersonal check out. Would rather go to my local Ace Hardware in West when they have the products even if they are higher in price I'm treated like my business is welcomed

BELLMEAD WACO Store #6830 is a terrific store it always has what I need and I get service with a smile :)

People are nice and a few intelligent people work here but always has the rudest lady at self check out.

I actually enjoy going into this location. I normally am only there to pick up an order of wood, but when I am everyone is always very welcoming, friendly, and that puts a smile on my face. They always get me checked out and my order loaded into my truck for me in a timely matter. Very, very, very few times, a lot less times (.05%) than the total I've been into the store to get an order, do I have to wait for anything. To my Home Depot: you all are awesome!!! I pray you get told that a lot, cause you all deserve a pat on the back every chance you can get it. Keep up the good work and I'll see you next time!!!
