The store and Cheryl Hartman was really helpful, we have bought there before, and we never had any complaints , Good people, and Good Store.

Over the last 2 years, I've purchased a dishwasher and a washer and dryer. Both times the service was prompt and knowledgeable and the inventory was better than any other store.

Unfortunately I had a really negative experience with the paint department. It was clear that it was very busy, so I had all the intention to be patient with the one employee working. This store should absolutely have more employees available to help in the paint department if it gets busy. This one employee was totally overloaded with things to do, and was short and irritated with customers. When asked for my paint order, she was rushing and provided inaccurate information regarding quantity, sheen, and quality of the paint. I gave exact square footage, and per my calculations needed 1-2 gallons of paint. She told me I should absolutely get 3. When I questioned this, she insisted I need 3 gallons. I am almost done painting this room and haven't even opened the second gallon. So that's up to $50 gone to waste, and just a waste of materials, too. After placing my order, I decided to go back and make it 2 gallons just a few minutes later because 3 seemed absurd to get. The employee was nowhere to be found. And, instead of 15 minutes like she said, it was almost 30 minutes before my paint was done. I am newer to painting, and it could've made a big difference to be able to ask questions, be given accurate information, and have employees available and kindly willing to do this.

The store is always well stocked, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the place is always neat and clean. If your a Pro - Highly recommend working with this ProDesk Team! Tam, Nancy, Alex, and Lupe kill it every day keeping us moving and on to the next job. We couldn't do what we do without them.

The Home Depot in Bend, Oregon really has so much to offer. I was appliance shopping today and the customer service offered by Cheryl Hartman was amazing. She answered all of my questions until I completely understood my appliance purchases and even brought me water and a chair!

The Bend Home Depot is very well run. Even with the lines for social distancing, they were so accommodating -- pleasant and helpful. We love it!

In view of the Corona virus situation the staff is handeling the customers very well. I routinely shop at Home Depot and will continue to do so.

We needed to purchase a stove and the purchase is time sensitive. Cheryl in the appliance dept was very helpful and we will get our new stove in under a week!!

Home Depot isn't just a large box store, its a place that you can go to for help and ideas from the employees. I've used every department in some way or another and each employee goes out of their way to ensure I get what I need or want. I've never come across a negative employee, not once in the Bend store. Just the opposite in fact. Several have gone so far above and beyond what a typical employee does at the competitor store next door. I can only give 5 stars and would add a plus to that for several of the employees that have treated me like family not just another customer. They genuinely care about what I need and ensure I walk out satisfied. That's why I choose Home Depot vs the competition. It's the positive caring attitude of the employees and the attention they provide when I need assistance.

Customer service has hugely improved. Pricing and products have been of good value. We recently built our new home and bought a lot of materials from this store.

The personnel in the Kitchen Planning and Appliance Department were extremely helpful in guiding our selection of an under cabinet range hood from a long list of options, ordering it and then arranging for installation. The entire transaction - from selection to delivery of the unit from the out-of-state manufacturer to installation by a local electrician - took less than a week.

Purchased a big snowblower ($1400), had to take the display model, and rented a truck to take it home. Truck battery was dead, so it took an additional 45 minutes to leave the store. Load was not secured by the store employees, so it slid around the back of the truck. Luckily, no damage. Got the snowblower home, and, after returning the truck, discovered we did not have the snowblower key in the accompanying packet. Later, we discovered that it was the wrong instruction packet, entirely. Made an additional 28-mile round trip to the store to get the snowblower key, was assured by the employees that it was the correct key, only to return home, and figure out that it was a key for a different brand of snowblower, entirely, and would only work if we jury-rigged it with electrical tape, to hold it in place. We drove by several hardware stores (Ace, etc.) to get to this Home Depot, and there is a Lowe’s directly across the parking lot. Explain to me, please, why I would *ever* shop at this Home Depot again? One heck of a snowblower, though, a Toro 928 Max HD OAE, what a beast, will cut through two feet of icy snowfall and throw it 50 feet!

When I have gone to this store, which is large with many items, the employees have always directed me to the correct aisles and answered questions well. There is another big box store nearby, but this is the one of my choice since all deliveries and installations have gone smoothly. I am glad we have this resource in Bend Oregon.

Home Depot hands down the best selections & Quality around with great employees that makes you feel like customer #1 as soon as you walk in the door. Thank you my fellow home depot FAMILY!
