In this day and time it is a buyer must know his price range for what he wants and, if he knows that most of the time whos price and quality is the best, he can count on Home Depot.

I shop at this home improvement store frequently due to its convenient location. However, over the past several months, it has become common for the shelves to be empty (even though online states the items are in stock), and when you are lucky enough to find an employee that is willing to assist you, they just tell you to wait while they call for someone who works in that specific department. Typically, after about 20 minutes of waiting for somebody to show, I end up leaving unassisted.

Always enjoy this location as the staff is helpful, the store is clutter free, and generally I am able to get what I came for.

No check out lanes open with 4 "STAFF" members laughing and carrying on in the self check out! Absolutely ridiculous!

Went to 4 stores for cedar oil to replinish the smell in a cedar chest finally found it at Benton, Ar. location everything was organized and it was exactly where your app said it was at this store

From the time I walked in, the employees acknowledged my presence. They spoke and asked if I needed help. They were so pleasant, even though my online order was incorrect and I had to wait for a new one, I still rate it a great experience. Bought a freezer while I was there too. Margaret was awesome. It was just great to see people take pride in their job. Seems rare these days.

Had a problem finding tile that was on clearance but none left on the shelf. The man in the tile department went over and above to locate the tile

I’ve always like using Home Depot because usually you have every item that I need and great assistance and recommendations. The one in Benton was especially good in helping me find what I needed and getting these materials on the on time. Everyone is very courteous and helpful.

I have several recent trips to the Home Depot in Benton, each time was to the garden dept. The plants are in great condition, and well cared for. The lines grow to be lengthy but I think the helpful staff make it worth it.

I WENT TO THIS STORE TO PURCHASE A NEW CUB CADET RIDING MOWER AND AFTER A 2 1/2 EPISODE I WAS SOLD A USED MOWER THEY HAD OUT FRONT WITH ALL THE REST OF THE MOWERS. MY MOWER PURCHASE WILL BE WITH TRACTOR SUPPLY.

I went in to find a power tool set and could not find it. I asked the lady who worked in the department and she went and found it on the high shelves, got it down carried it to the front and then helped me find other items I needed even though they were in different departments. I always get excellent customer service here.

Real customer service has been forgotten across all sectors. This store relished the opportunity to genuinely assist the customer, no matter what they are looking for, or how long it takes.
