Great, but smaller store than typical Home Depots. The parking lot is too small and a problem. However, the staff is absolutely terrific, especially the Pro Desk folks.

The store needs more employees working on the floor, to help customers find what they are looking for. Not everyone that comes into Home Depot is a contractor and knows where to find what they need. The store is conveniently located.

Required assistance with self-checkout. Assistant was very helpful. Thank you.

The Home Depot Bethesda was clean and I find the product easy, The associate in self check out Maria was friendly and helpful.

The store was clean and the service at the paint station were very help and the paint that I had to have mixed turned out exactly the correct color.

The store manager is working hard to improve our (the customer's) shopping experience. When he saw that I was frustrated by my experience (could not find what I needed, staff was not helpful), he immediately took action. That is good leadership and management. I then went on to spend several hundred dollars at the store.

Extremely professional staff. They always are helpful and supportive of ensuring that I quickly locate the product(s) that I there to purchase, and that event they never appear tired or disturbed that I needed their help. The store is clean and everything is in it's proper place. Prices are good and there is an acceptable price mark for my budget regardless of the range of products I am seeking to buy. Kudos!!!!!

VERY FRIENDLY MANAGEMENT

This store is well stocked with most any type of hardware, household or garden needs. I have been surprised how easy it is to get someone to help me find things or to provide additional information or advice.

I really enjoyed my last shopping experience at Home Depot. I found a huge supply of Mums and other plans that I could choose from. The person at the Register was so sweet and helpful. He was immediately available. I look forward to shopping at Home Depot in Bethesda, again soon.

Employee are great. Parking can be a problem at times.

This store is fun to shop at and contains everything needed to build an entire home. There is nothing like it for many miles around. It is also a hub of business supplies for the contractors I use. I only wish it would expand into the nearby empty store fronts.

Assistance is readily available. Associates are polite and knowledgeable. Great selection. Easy returns. Adequate cashiers and self-checkout available. The store was clean and products was easy to find, and even some products may have been relocated the associates were very knowledgeable of the new locations.

Employees all appear to know where things are located and are helpful once engaged. Sometimes it is hard to find them in the department.

Home Depot especially this location has the most inept employees. If you don't know what you want or how to do it I would HIGHLY recommend avoiding this location. If it is technical in nature... PLEASE do yourself a favor and seek advise from a REAL hardware store. You may spend a couple of dollars more but in the end you will save time and frustration. I am so tired of returning things because they sold me the wrong thing. Plus there parking is a disaster!!!!!!!!!!!!

i can fine all of the products I want there, the people there are very nice.

When you can find parking quickly the store is going to be less packed and you won't find a better staff than what they have here; always going out of their way to help. Well run store just need to go off peak hours if you require assistance and a headache free trip.

Much improved. The store was very clean and well organized. Everyone was friendly and helpful, despite the customers' attitudes. The new PC-based cash register systems could use some enhancements but they sure do look good. In my case, the coupon I tried to use was for lawn and garden and the system did not really explain why it was rejected. With a 24 inch screen that should be easy to do. Anyway, prices are lowest as always, even lower than Amazon, so it was well worth the trip even w/out the $10 coupon.

Going to Home Depot it is a wonderful experience, to me it is the paradise; dreaming to improve our home with so many projects it is one of the most beautiful pastimes, and we can save money too. It is a good deal, an excellent deal, I love it! And you know what? I go very early and I feel like a King with so many advisors just for me...

Daniel Hugh - the cashier - was professional, personable and made our check-out a pleasure. This is NOT always the case at this store - and was/is appreciated.
