entering the store we were greeted at the door and handed flyers with special deals, the vertical blind associate who assisted us was very informed and did not push one particular product but gave excellent advice. the cashier was friendly and fast

This store had more of a selection in the type of product we were looking to purchase. The employees that we dealt with were super nice and went above and beyond to assist us and recommend products / options we hadn't considered. We will travel the extra miles to go to this Home Depot again!

The Associate Mr. David in lumber department was very helpful and friendly. He assist me in buying stuff that i need, he even help me built my washing machine stand, he did a very good job. I highly recommend home depot in linden street bethlehem, store is clean and organized. I also want to include Mr. William in assisting me to find the right person for all the things that i need to buy. Cashiers was friendly too. You guys are awesome.

Store layout was easy to navigate and plenty of stock on hand of what I needed.

The inventory never matches the pick up in store online. I wanted a particular ice melt that had 109 items available for pick up. When I got there the employee, Elain rudely insisted they have NONE in store. 0 to 109 is a big difference. Someone is messing with their inventory counts internally or they are just out right lazy to help the customer locate the item. This has happened to me on serval occasions and only at this Home Depot. A few minutes after leaving the store the inventory online went down to 60, a few minutes after that back up to 108, and a few minutes after that back down to 63. A 50 lb bag for $10 vs 50 lb bag for $20 is a big difference. At least entertain me by looking to see if you really do have the item.

The Bethlehem store is the best in the valley by far, I've shopped all the Home Depot's with in 50 miles of Allentown and let me tell ya this location is the tops.

I stopped at the bethlehem store to purchase a gift and the young man on the tool department went out of his to show mean extra item came free with what I was buying. A 30 dollar item. The cashier was awesome. An awesome day. I will continue to shop there.

I STOP GOING TO YOUR STORE BECAUSE STAFF TREATED ME LIKE A OLD WOMEN WHO NEW NOTHING. I WAS MARRIED TO AN CONTRACTOR FOR MANY YEARS & I KNOW MY PRODUCTS. I LOVE PLAYING THE DUMB BLONDE JUST TO SEE WHAT KNOWLEDGE THE STAFF HAVE. WHEN STAFF WANT YOU TO DO SOMETHING USEING MORE CASH FOR END OF A PROJECT .THAT WHEN I TELL STAFF WHERE TO GO!!! BUT THAT LAST 3 TIMES I CAME TO YOUR STORE THE HELP WAS VERY GOOD BOTH WITH SERVICE & KNOWLEDGE OF THE PRODUCTS. GOOD JOB KEEP UP THE GOOD JOB. I WILL RETURN .I LOVE THE NEW STORAGE SHED I GOT FROM YOU ON OCT 31.

We were greeted as soon as we walked in the doors by Bob, who was super excited to help us out. We needed to find a specific piece for our sink to cover up the hole left from a sprayer since we had bought and installed a new faucet. Bob went above and beyond trying to help us find the part in two different sections and giving us various ideas. He also got another worker to help us out, but he knew the plumbing section well- he was just going above and beyond and doublechecking for us. Once we finally found the part we thought we'd need, we checked out and the cashier ringing us up was also extremely pleasant and talked to us while checking us out. What a great experience!

Great people and always lots of help

I was able to pre-order 6 tons of wood pellets, receive a discount for multi pallet purchase and have them delivered quickly all in one quick trip. I understand this could have even been done just over the phone also. The customer service was friendly, professional and quick! The delivery service was great, on time and the employee was also friendly, professional and we would be glad to have him back every year for continued deliveries !
