Just a great place to shop, I can fine all kinds of things

Peter is awesome. If you are shopping for appliances, stop in and shop with him. This guy is knowledgeable and helpful.

Mower parts are in displays to high to reach. Plugs and filters you have to go find someone to help you. Total waste of customers time. Place items at eye level so we can get what we want and leave. Not spend 15 minutes trying to fine the invisible employees.

The manager, Katina, was offensive, rude, and condescending. She continued to roll her eyes at me and make rude comments. She smirked at me and treated me terribly. She walked away from me and started helping another customer mid conversation. I had to show her the stores paint return policy and read it to her after 15 minutes of being insulted and treated that way before she completed my return. I had just done a similar return on 4/6 without any issue. I had my receipt, the paint can, and the store policy with me. I will never return to that store. Another sales associate, a younger man, stepped in and apologized for his manager and the situation and helped fix it.

I received excellent customer service in the appliance section. They were very well knowledgeable, and were willing to go above and beyond to get the answers that we needed.

I was in the store looking to purchase a Milwaukee Band Saw. I noticed TomPoling two isles away. I asked him if he could help me when he was finished. He stopped looking for what he was looking for and help me find the band saw and walked with mr tothe register to make sure I didn’t have a issue during my check out.

The closest Home Depot store is further from my home than other similar stores. However, it seems that I end up at Home Depot after first stopping at the others to finally locate the products I desire.

Purchased several Christmas sale items and new Illinois mandatory 10 year battery smoke dectors.

Its a clean and well operated store, but probably one of the smallest HD’s I have ever been to. Wish it was bigger and stocked more items.

I got a heater ,thang He help me get me the product I need and Direct me the ally and help it lot someone who actually like helping other customer treat them like family.

Only live a mile away from this store so I'm a pretty frequent flier. Last visit was on Black Friday, 2022. Must have a had pep talk with the associates. Had never seen them so actively ask customers if they needed help. Was in electrical looking for something and it was one customer after another the man was helping. For me the fun is in the hunt.

Steve went out of his way to help me when he saw how perplexed I was. He tried to find what I needed in the store and when he found that you didn’t carry what I needed he went on line to try and find it. Placed the order for me. This associate was coming in to start his shift stocking at night but he went above and beyond to make my Home Depot experience the best I have ever had. You need Steve in management and in charge of training the employees on customer service. Steve definitely needs to be recognized for his great customer service and Steve needs to be compensated by being given a raise.

Bought a small chest freezer couldn't find one like it anywhere else

I needed a couple of 5 gallon buckets with lids. I like the way your lids have a seal in them and are spill proof.

Mario helped me purchase 3 new entry doors and had my special financing offer extended to today’s purchase. I had used the offer on a prior purchase, but that order had to be canceled so I was afraid that I couldn’t use it again but Mario took care of it for me!

This store has little to no training for management. Employees never once apologized for not putting in my order twice. No offer was made to remedy the situation. I suggest using other vendors for your needs.

I have bought many items at the Bettendorf Home Depot Store but, nine were more rewarding than my last purchase of a Troy Belt Riding Lawn Mower. If I ever need anything in the future the Bettendorf Home Depot store will be the first store I go to. many of the other stores I have shoped in have not given me the kind of service Home Depot has.

I received excellent help from the Assistant Manager, Jade , in the ceiling tile department and Tim Doner in the door department. Both of them were happy to help me, reached out and were very knowledgeable and got me what I needed......plus!!

I bought a couple patio chairs that were last ones in the store, of course they were up high. With help from the sales associate they had to move numerous items to get them down. Great Job Home Depot! You are the only home improvement store I shop.

The staff in the paint department were all very nice and helpful. By the time I was finished I think four different people helped me. The young woman was very nice but was a little new so other people step in to help. Had to get the second 5gal pale of the very top shelf. Cindy at check out was very helpful. I have nephrology and needed help loading the 5gal pales,

I think they should have more employees available to answer questions, but the people working there are very friendly and helpful, you just have to wait.
