I brought these items on the internet to be pick up at the stop and they had them availaable and ready the staff at customer service and pick up are great kind employees

I love my new plant which I caught on sale as a featured plant of the month. It’s so healthy and when I bought it home and transferred it into a beautiful ceramic planter I got at the store I noticed two beautiful plant babies that were emerging—it means the mother plant was well taken care of. The staff was so attentive when I needed pricing and materials to create my plant’s new home. Definitely will ship at the Bloomfield store again. Honestly, it’s always been my fave!

I bought these items and the prices were affordable and I love the items.

I was greeted and treated well by Dillon from home appliances. He answered every question we had about Black Friday deals and any questions we had about the products we were buying. Dillon facilitated the buying process and helped us pick the best deal that gave us bang for our buck.

I went into the store looking for a way to lock a storage bin.. simple.. the staff working in the lock area didn’t want to help me.. no eye contact ignore my request. But the police officer offered great service.. gave me several options and ideas.. ended up making a larger purchase that I’m happy with..

Place is always messy and cashier are anything but friendly. You have a self checkout to be operate it by cashier .

Bloomfield NJ store is my go to for everything. The staff is the best. They always go above and beyond to help. The store is well stocked. I usually get what I need quickly and have time to shop around.

If one has enrolled int the ProXtra program of HD, be sure u mention to the cashier at the checkout line that u r a member (other retailers will ask if u r a member , and even give u better service but it seems that at this store, you have to remind them of this fact. But caution, when you do, now they scowl at you as if you are making them do more work and inconveniencing them. If only there was a nearby competitive store, i would defect in a heartbeat, because of the very poor service! This has happened to me at keast 3 times, so I can't say its an isolated incident.

Got a lotvof things at home depot starting May 25 2025 through June 30 2025, paint, flooring, grill, dryer just to name a few. I want to acknowledge employee Marcus, in the washing dryer department, he was excellent in helping me.

asked for help in lumber to 2 sheets of pllywood. an employee walking by did ask over the pa for someone to come to saw ,i waited 15 to 20 minutes no one showed. i left yhe cart with the wood there went to register paid for my items and went to a lumber yard got everything no problem.

I bought an AC unit last Thursday and was offered same day delivery. Order number WJ86141397. You tried to deliver it to what is clearly a business address at 9:30 PM. I spent 15 minutes on the phone arranging for another delivery. I was told it was going to be delivered on Monday--today. At I called to cancel the order. I was told I cannot cancel it because it is out for delivery for tomorrow. I placed this order on Thursday of last week because it was projected that we'd be having severely high temperatures and humidity starting Monday. That is why I chose same day delivery. Never again will I order online from Home Depot.

Every time I go there I feel store associates are just walking the isles w/out desire to work and improve their knowledge and customer service skills. Most of the time they are not useful. It's been bad and it is getting worse.

Store is dirty and unorganized. Alot of the employees have really bad attitudes! When I purchased bags of soil and mulch I asked the cashier if someone was there to load them for me. Her reply was, I don't know, just load them youself

I've shopped several Home Depot stores in my area and the Bloomfield store is clearly the best for staff assistance, product availability and overall ease of shopping.

You can never get a manager when you go there. The people that work there act like they don't what to help you. Customer service is a joke need more people. And security just need to mine their business.

Bloomfield is my local area Home Depot. As my business grows , I have purchased my tools from the hat location. I don't usually need assistance for my purchases, but when it is necessary, I expect the staff to provide "Red Carpet Service," for that brief encounter.

The Bloomfield Home Depot is ok if you know what you want and where to find it. They usually have things in stock, but the staff is completely useless, they mostly just congregate in the aisles and get in the way. If you need any kind of customer service spend the extra time in your car and go to the one in Clifton.

I've been to many Homedepot's in different locations. Although everyone has been very pleasant, st every location, the branch in Bloomfield, NJ, in my opinion, has the best variety of EVERYTHING

If you have to buy materials and have them delivered do not go to Home Depot they cancel your order every couple of days and give you every excuse under the sun while they can't make a delivery I will not order anything from their online service and have it delivered ever again

This store is one of the worst Home Depot's I have ever gone to. Parking is really bad and the Police have a substation there. Checkout is crazy as usually 35 people are waiting to complete the so called "Self Checkout". You don't self checkout here as they have 4 registers opened and two employees handling the scanning units which translates to two registers for the store. No TAP for credit cards which also slows things down.

I came in to buy paint. The lady at the paint station was very helpful. I can remember her name but she was nice and very knowledgeable in paint.

There was a mistake with my delivery order and Jennifer did an excellent job making it right.

Everything is at your fingertips prices are unbeatable I go there 3 or 4 times a a day and most of the cashier and aisles aid are knowledgeable and willing to help at all time and also give me advise! It’s a no brainer to go back there and shop again

If you want to take away manned check out registers, You need to put those employees on the self check outline! There is no reason there should be 20 people online at a self check out With only two employees!

We waited for over 30 mins for someone to help us in the lumber dept. Multiple people were called and no one wanted to help.

Fellow purchasers at Home Depot in Bloomfield nj watch out with the police officers patrolling the premises. They may profile you and question your honesty. I had an unpleasant interaction with a police officer who asked if what I had in my hands was mine. I said “ as far as I know I paid for it so I guess it is “ he started yelling at me and followed me asking me to stop; so ignored him and keep on walking. So then hi said , yes don’t turn around you know you’re wrong. I agree that there could be reasons to have the police patrolling the store , but if they going to behave that way shopping experience could be uncomfortable; driving shoppers to other stores . Just my humble opinion.

The staffs were very professional and helpful.Helped me all through my purchase aisle to aisle even when it wasn’t her department but she was eager to assist and made sure I got all the help needed.Thank you Rukahya from Garden.
