I brought these items on the internet to be pick up at the stop and they had them availaable and ready the staff at customer service and pick up are great kind employees

I love my new plant which I caught on sale as a featured plant of the month. It’s so healthy and when I bought it home and transferred it into a beautiful ceramic planter I got at the store I noticed two beautiful plant babies that were emerging—it means the mother plant was well taken care of. The staff was so attentive when I needed pricing and materials to create my plant’s new home. Definitely will ship at the Bloomfield store again. Honestly, it’s always been my fave!

Best experience at this Home Depot for home products and friendly customer service

There is a closer Home Depot to my home, however, I prefer to drive the extra 5 minutes to the Bloomfield location for the customer service. I have yet to have an unpleasant staff experience

I live near the Clifton store but was so happy to experience the quality of service I received in Bloomfield

My family was purchasing blinds for one of our properties. We were struggling with finding what we needed. Crystal saw that we needed help. She was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She made our shopping trip very successful!

Purchased KOHLER Gleam 2 piece Chair height toilet. The staff in the plumbing isle said it wasn’t there in the store even when I asked about the visible stock on the upper shelf. Sad had to get the manager involved.

My whole family enjoys going to this Home Depot. It is clean and the employees are always cheery, polite and helpful. If they don’t have an answer for you the will find someone who does. We come here to get all our cleaning supplies because the prices are competitive. Also, it’s so much fun looking at the new tools, appliances, gardening supplies and seasonal decorations.

Andre in the paint department helped me find the right tools and caulk for my bathroom and floor, and took his time in explaining product differentiation to me. Kelly in the checkout department made my experience great. She was very friendly and answered all my questions while checking out. She was very helpful.

We opened a credit line this past week and made a large purchase thanks to the great store associates. Very thorough, paciente, and knowledgeable. Felicia and her manager Robert were very helpful and helped us with the Black Friday deals. Everyone was friendly and professional. Very happy with our purchase.
