What additional precautions is The Home Depot taking in light of COVID-19?
As part of our normal practice, our stores and other facilities are cleaned and sanitized daily. Following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), we've increased the frequency of cleaning and general hygiene maintenance in stores and other locations. Great Experience As Always
I picked up items that I ordered online and purchased additional items in the store. Erin, was the associate that assisted me. She knows me by name and is always very cordial and knowledgeable. As always, she provided me with a very positive experience.

We had a phenomenal experience with a special order single-hung window which an associate ordered for us. The expertise in the manner in which he performed his job was most impressive. The price wasn't even comparable to the competitor and the service far exceeded our expectations.

My wife and I started shopping at Home Depot, after going through a sever hit on our credit. We were pleasantly surprised to have our application approved for a Home Depot credit card. That was 3 years ago. Since then we financed a number of large projects as we completely gutted and renovated a house we bought. We had trucks of lumber, drywall, pavers delivered for free. The associates are almost family. Tom, currently in Windows and Doors is a resource that kept us in code, on time and as economically designed as possible. Chandra helped us in Flooring, Major Appliances, Tile and in her current position at the Service Desk. Pat in Lawn and Garden walked us through an outdoor project, from the experience she and her husband acquired in their own patio / firepit projects. It is a pleasure doing business with the Bloomsburg Home Depot Team.

We purchased flooring for two bathrooms which we were told was in stock; it wasn't.
I called to speak to a manager who told me he would call right back. (crickets)
Two days later I called back.
After we complained we were told the flooring was indeed in stock.
Honestly, I could continue with a host of things that went wrong but bottom line is
we won't be shopping at Home Depot anywhere in the foreseeable future.
