Excellent service in every dept we shopped!

The associates at this store have always been friendly and polite every time I have visited this store. The Associates have always been very helpful getting me the things I need or at least telling me where to find them. My husband and I were remodeling 2 bedrooms and a hallway, we went online and printed out every thing we needed and when I got to the store I was greeted by a young man who took my list and helped me get everything I needed. The store was clean and organized

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Everythig I was shopping for was in stock and easy to find due to in store assistance from knowledgable employees focused on customer service.the store was orderly and clean with cleaning supplies available for customers due to COVID. Anytime I had a question regarding products I recieved help from staff that could answer questions and provide recommendations. Overall, this was a very possitive shopping trip.

The associate in the appliance department was not helpful

Wonderful clean store with very friendly helpful employees!!

When they have fliers they sell out of merchandise very quickly and you are also not available to buy these products on line. I believe they offer these items to get you in the store but don't have them or do not have enough.

If you are looking to get kitchen cabinets, we worked with the cabinet specialist, Ying, and she did an excellent job. She made what we thought would be an extremely overwhelming process (taking into consideration figuring out exact dimensions, budget, style etc.) such a breeze. Highly recommend working with her. Thank you Ying!

The store is clean and many items are easy to find. The people who work here are friendly and very helpful. It's our favorite Home Depot store.

cashier was extremely ignorant. And the other employees seemed to agree. The gentleman who loaded my items and help me get my items were extremely helpful. The cashier ruined my shopping experience.

Everyone in this store is always extremely helpful. The newer (since March/April) associates are very helpful which is impressive.

Some customers not wearing masks. There was no distancing from them in the store or at the check out. Most are wearing masks, but there were others that don't care.

The customer service reps were very helpful and friendly. Curbside delivery of product was clearly explained, seamlessly carried out and safe. Assistance loading product into vehicle was appreciated as well.
