Already stated above. We decided to just deal with it because we desperately needed a dishwasher. Started acting up after 2 washes started acting up. So 2 days later I called store because I'd had enough. They said they only had a 48 hour return policy. They ain't even open 24 hours a day. I don't have time to constantly swap dishwashers and run back and fourth to city to a place who sells crap appliances. I'd say at least open the box in store to check for damage because the box can be spotless. Doesn't mean it'll last any reasonable amount of time.

This Home Depot is the store I frequent the most. The employees are typically helpful and willing to assist. Even at the self checkout. Scott was great and did some troubleshooting when it was taking longer than expected to check out. He remained very courteous and patient during the interaction which I appreciate.

Not a good experience when I called in

Harley, no one was in the store to help anybody definite shortage of workers. The workers there were very nice but they were a few and far between made my trip take twice as long.

I bought a 40 lb bag that I couldn't lift so an employee loaded it on a flat cart, stood in line with me and loaded it into my truck. He was polite and helpful.

We purchased this for our great granddaughter for her room. She is very happy with it. We received great service at the store. A worker was there immediately to help us when we looked at it. He found a cart and took us to the front to make the purchase then found someone to take it to our car. Great service.

Went to ask an employee a question and before i could speak i was cut off because this person worked in plumbing, and was told to go to the front by self check out and hopefully they could help me there. How about allowing me to finish my sentence before shutting me down and dismissing me.

Spent near two hours with employees and they said they don't supply adapters to work with the drain bladders they sell in store.

Young man who helped me was really engaged in his job. Super helpful and seemed to know what he was doing

I can always find what I need at Home Depot. I also shop at the Blue Springs, MO store because they have helpful cashiers. Sometimes I purchase 30- 40 different items at one time and they don't always have a barcode, so it took me forever at the self checkouts. The Blue Springs store has cashiers that are friendly and good at their job, so they get me through the register and out the door. I quit shopping at competitors because I can't do the self checkout.

i FOUND OUT LAST WEEK THAT AS A VETERAN I COULD GET A 10 % DISCOUNT IF I WAS A VETERAN. THEY GAVE ME THE DISCOUNT. THEN YESTERDAY THEY SAID I HAD TO GO ONLINE AND HAVE PUT ON MY CREDIT CARD. HOW DO I DO THAT.

I stopped by the Blue Sprins, MO store on the way home because it was conveniently located on our way home. My regular store, that I live close to, is the Independence MO store. The Blue Spring Home Depot had what we needed and checkout went smooth! Until checkout, I had no idea how screwed up the Independence MO Home Depot was. For years I was able to get an email receipt for each of the two types of cards I typically use at checkout. About a year ago the Independence Home Depot took this option away from its customers! That caused me from being able to conveniently storing my receipts digitally to needing to scan each receipt, storing these receipts on my home computer, and then emailing them to myself for storage. It's almost like Home Depot sat around some conference table and brain stormed how they could screw up the checkout experience for they're customers! Can you hear the utter frustration and anger in this review?

Went to home Depot for the convenience of outside pick up of mulch. The entire store seemed under staffed, one cashier with 15 people in line to pay, had to call for outside pick up help then waited 30 minutes only to find out they did not have the type of much i had already paid for, when i went to the return line only one employee there for returns and several people waiting. Total time at Home Depot with out getting anything done was approx 55 minutes.!

Ask the kid in the paint department for a gallon. Of prime to cover a very dark color before l put the actual light color on. He suggested a white flate base.. very bad choice wasted my time and money ...

We received very poor service and the lowest quality product.. the wood was warped and already splitting .. unfortunately having to have lumber delivered was our only option and no one seemed to care .. our doors that we ordered and paid for delivery one was wrong and no one seemed to be prompt on fixing our issue having people wait over 4 hours to resolve the issue!!

The Blue Srings. MO store is very nice. The store is always clean & the staff is friendly and helpful. I visit it often, and will continue to.

I usually have a great experience in this specific location at Blue Springs Depot. Management does a great job handling issues that arise , people are friendly and try and find a solution to needs

Always enjoy the personal nature of this Blue Springs location. I feel like I'm visiting my co-workers not just a store. The co-operation and professionalism I get from this store always helps me get right back to work. ... and thanks 🙏 for bringing back the coffee ☕😁!!

I bought some tile a few weeks ago and my last trip I bought flooring for my kitchen every time there’s always somebody there to help me no hesitation. Pricing is always good for what I want and employees are always helpful. That’s why I always go back to Home Depot and Blue Springs, Missouri.

I have noticed lately a more customer friendly atmosphere along with some smiles and appreciation for my choice to select Home Depot.

i like the store very nice the employees not always so helpful depends on who is working i guess to it is a stressful job at times im sure but your customers is why you have a job so Is appreciate them for shopping there i spend akot of money thete

I would not return to this store except for how wonderful the employees, Brian and Brenda were very helpful with the very difficult new application rules at HD and without them I wouldn’t consider trading with this store. Elizabeth

Custome service had definitely declined. And more often than not the majority of ur time is spent trying to find someone to help with something as little as.finding a product.

Just bought it today, but I’ve purchased many items in the last 3 to four years that I also have needed for my home and garage.
