Great customer service whenever I go into this store.

The store was clean and every employee that I've met is very friendly and knowledgeable about their department. I go in here quite often and have never had a bad experience.

So my wife and I found ourselves in the market to help mom fix and clean-up her home. I mean, it needs a lot of little TLC. Replacing electrical switches and plugs, adding GFCI plugs in the sink and other wet areas; painting, cleaning...you name it, we're doing it! We're both handy, so we have the knowledge to do this, but it's been several years and some things have changed. There are so many new products available that are miking this easier, but the trick is knowing what and how. We have been visiting this Home Deport quite a bit, and we have tom say: the store associates are top-notch! They go the distance to help you, offer suggestions, show us sale and rebate items to help save some cash, and overall take the time to help. Highly recommend this store, and especially "Jen" at the Customer Service desk area. She's so full of energy and help!

Asked about the 2 brands of black mulch that was available. The cashier was friendly and helpful and directed me to where I needed to get it. Prompt, courteous and efficient checkout at the register and I was on my way to May Mulching Madness!

I always receive great customer service and have rarely had to wait in line to check out.

The section was clean and well displayed and easy to access, the sales associate stopped and asked if I needed help and I told him I was looking for a trimmer to handle some brush and he suggested the Ryobi trimmer and the brushcutter attachment then he suggested the tuff heavy duty line and Ethanol Shield 2 cycle oil. Went over the assembly and when I got home I was able to assemble it according to his suggestions and the user guide in the box

To make my shopping time more efficient, I asked an associate for directions as to where I could find what I was looking for. I found an associate immediately and was told exactly where to find what I was looking for. I found it and checked out with no problems or delay and was on my way.

I visit this store often, and can usually find what I want or need. The staff is usually very friendly and efficient.

The only problem that I had was in finding the molding that was in the house I am working on. What was in the house was a little over a 1/4 inch larger in width and depth than what was in stock. The reason it was larger than the store's stock is because it was a trim piece overlapping a 1/4 inch sheet of plywood skirting that was taller than chair height. But everything else I needed I have found at the store.

Once we began to plan and put materials to paper, Dan helped us find the best way to complete our remodel with the least amount of stress. His step by step process helped us decide the structure and types of cabinets that would full-fill the plan we brought in. What would work and when we found glitches in the actual structure of the kitchen Dan helped us alter the plan with the changes. Very knowledgeable, and came up with the perfect fix for structure flaws. Great experience. I would recommend the kitchen design department to any friends getting in to a project like this.

Associate should have followed me to the location to help me choose the best item for my needs instead of just telling me where to go.

When I first moved into my house I bought a curtain rod being in a great hurry. Fell in love with the curtain rod and the beautiful brass knobs. When the installer came he said where's the rest of the rod... It was 21 inches short. Unfortunately the store went out of business where I purchased it. And after checking other stores including your own I was unable to find the exact rod. Dave from hardware walked with me through three different departments until he found a-rod that I was able to use to extend up to the 91 inches. I bought brass colored spray paint my problem is solved. Thank you for your patience!! Dave I appreciate all your help. GREAT JOB!!

People were around to help and the cashier was friendly.

The people at the store were very friendly and helpful. They knew the products very well. The checkout was quick and the cashier was extremely friendly. Overall, this was a great experience.

Took a lot of searching, but I got what I came for.

Walking into the store I thought it was going to be hard finding the products I needed but it wasn't . They have a wonderful guy at the door name Jerry that helped me find what I was looking for and a wonderful cashier name Ja'Nala. She's delightful , smiled the whole time checking me out and even made me laugh .

Such a 1st rate store to go when looking for items for your home or if you are looking for something for a job. Home Depot has the best staff and always have what you are looking for at a reasonable price.
