What additional precautions is The Home Depot taking in light of COVID-19?
As part of our normal practice, our stores and other facilities are cleaned and sanitized daily. Following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), we've increased the frequency of cleaning and general hygiene maintenance in stores and other locations. I was greeted by the lumber / plywood - did get excellent service and advice. Then was amazed store associate asked if I needed help loading the plywood. He helped me put it on the roof racks and make sure it was secured properly. Excellent customer service!

outstanding help from HD staff
The help I received from staff in kitchen and bath was outstanding. After working with another designer for weeks, the gal at HD accomplished what I needed in 3 hours. There were other visits and hours to fine tune, but now that the order is placed, I am very comfortable with my choices and the plan. The designer helped and guided me through the process.
HD was also very competitive with pricing - which certainly enhanced the experience.
If you are planning a remodel, Home Depot is a great place to start... and finish!

Best Store
I have been using this store since it was built in this plaza many years ago. The staff has always been clean and neat every time i visited the store. I appreciate the friendliness of the staff and the knowledge. I had a question about a paint product and the customer service member walked me to the aisle and explained the different products and why he suggests this product compared to the other products available. Even though I did not buy that product, I am buying it for my next project.

Great costomer service
This store's costomer sevice is on point! Multiple store associates asked if I needed help and were more then willing to direct me. While standing in the isle of door frames Peter- one of the assioates- helped me in picking the correct supplies I needed. The woman at the check out even asked if I needed nails or caulking, then directed me to take this survey. This store's staff is truly friendly and make shopping here a pleasure.

Decisions, Decisions.
It's hard enough choosing between products, but deciding between Home Depot and Lowe's is harder. Both stores excel, but it's always the employees than make the final difference. This specific location has staff interested and helpful. Whether you're experienced looking for innovative products or a babe in the woods needing lots of help and advice, you'll find the right level of expertise available. I'd even send my wife there with confidence knowing she'd be happy and return with what she needed.
