Employees here are highly knowledgeable, esp Shane in plumbing. Makes a huge difference to have a professional assisting you with your DIY projects.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nursery has a better selection compared to other stores and store has a 2nd floor for appliances and remodeling services.

Buy your large appliances here. We own rentals so we buy lots of appliances. The staff here is outstanding. I drive 30 minutes to get to this home depot because they know their products so well. Joey G helped me choose a refrigerator and dishwasher. He was great! It was the best appliance shopping experience I have every had.

In my experience, Quality begins from the Top-Down-the-Chain-of-Command (certainly the way things worked in the Military)... Therefore, may I comment that Your Boulder HOME DEPOT is such a fine quality store, due in reasonable part to the Store Manager, NIBIL, I believe is His name. He is Honest, Honorable, and, demonstrates an extreme Loyalty to both HOME DEPOT and our Community, which it serves.

The Boulder store tends to run out of stock and the stock is not replaced quickly. It is really frustrating to go to an aisle looking for something and finding the bin empty. I always check with staff, we spend time looking for the item number in the shelves above, and many times don't find it.

This store has switched to 100% self-checkout. My purchase took much longer then it should have, and still needed a cashier to assist with tax ID #. Hopefully HD will re-evaluate their decision to switch the entire chain to this set-up.

The Boulder Home Depot employees have always been very helpful with answering my questions and fulfilling my instore and special orders. I saw the store manager helping the lot attendants when they needed more carts brought into the store. That’s dedication to employees and the store when the store manager helps with pushing carts. He always greets me with a handshake and a smile. I love the Boulder Home Depot. It’s the best.

If you need assistance shopping home appliances Joey is your guy!! Very thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable.

5 stars for Kathryn in Kitchen Design, who is creative, knowledgeable, and patient. She helped complete a design for a simple and cute kitchenette for a basement remodel and solved many problems to make it work just right. I would otherwise have given the store a 4 star since they have not yet found a way to sell me the GE microwave I want without a $60 shipping fee, and the machine is $289--and I'll pick it up at the store. so I'm getting it elsewhere. But the kitchen design experience is so great, 5 stars anyway, and people in the downstairs dept were helpful with sinks and faucets.

I love having amazing new encounters with incredible people by complete chance! In Home Depot just now I chanced to stop the most unlikely employee with a question: the manager of the store. Not knowing this, I ask him if they carry what I’m looking for. He says yes, starts to lead me then stops and asks a clarifying question to make sure he knows exactly what I need. I confirm and he leads on. As we walk he asks me why I was heading upstairs and I tell him I was basically lost and thought maybe I should start up there. He chuckles a polite chuckle and I tell him I’m glad I bumped into him. He then tells me he is the store manager. He finds exactly what I’m looking for and I thank him. By and by I ask him where he is from, “Syria.” He replies. He’s been here for 10+ years, has his PHD in Engineering and used to teach at CU. Tells me the short version of how he came to manage a store he had never even set foot in and I express my amazement. He then thanks me for coming in and I thank him for all his help. I look around for a second to see if the close register is a checkout or simply customer service and having noticed my hesitation, tells me I can checkout there anyway, walks me to customer service and tells his employee, very nicely, to handle my purchase. Incredible people come from everywhere and anywhere. Ugly people can be in our backyard and amazing people across this globe. If I had one wish for America it would be this... can we either kick out or change our ugly and become a notion of incredible people? I’d love to meet all the awesome people of this world. We all come from the earth. Thank you, Nabil the Manager of Home Depot, for brightening my day with your warmth and awesomeness!!! You made my day!

We went in for supplies for a dresser. One employee, Nelson, in the lumber department was amazing. He helped us find all of our materials and made sure we were completely satisfied.

These people can screw up any order.

I purchased an on sale store model of a refrigerator including Pro delivery. I received several emails with purchase info but after a week and a half, I did not receive any message of when delivery was to be. I called in and was told my order was cancelled. Then I had to call another department to find out why and left a message. I received no call back and so called in again only to be handed back to the rep who sold me the refrigerator. All this to tell me that there was no delivery. She didn't remove the charge from my card or offer me any incentive for having promised a delivery. The pick up was a royal pain in the neck!

There are a few associates at this store that really know what they are doing and if you get one of them to assist you, then you are lucky. Unfortunately, the majority of the staff don't have a clue what they are doing and don't care. I needed an associate to assist with a door order and when I asked customer service to find them they simply looked around and started asking other employees. Then they turned and told me no one knew where she was. I had to instruct the sales associate to page the person on the intercom. On another occasion I wanted to partially pay for an order install. The associate told me that they knew how to do this but didn't want to because it was complicated. I asked to see a manager but the manager had four other people waiting in line to talk to him. If this store wasn't the only place to buy building materials in town, I would never go again.

Great Store! Location is good and this store typically has all that I need in stock and available for pick up to make it more of a One Stop shop. This store seems to have really shaped up quite a bit in the last year and a half. Keep up the good work and improvements HD.

I am sorry I do not remember your name but I was looking and failing to find the LED bulbs for under kitchen cabinets in LED. I waited for the expert to come but they were busy and didn't show, but you offered to help, searched and didn't give up and found them after I had thought I looked diligently. I was extremely impressed with your demeanor, your happy successful expectations in finding the LED bulbs. That changed my attitude for the rest of the day.

Great people and vast selection. Best store of it's kind I have experienced ever.

The people who are on the floor are generally very knowledgeable about the area they are covering. Sometimes you have to wait for their assistance, but they are most helpful and friendly.

The employees here go over and above in their assistance! Some stores it's hard to even find someone who works there but here when you get assistance, you will feel like you spoke to someone who is knowledgeable and that you got the answers you needed.

Home Depot is the best place to shop for appliances! Good selection–particularly online–and frequent sales, and fair prices. Excellent service too!

I have been shopping at this Home Depot for years, but hadn't been there in awhile. My last visit required help in almost every dept., as we are preparing our house for sale. I was pleasantly surprised at how many friendly, helpful employees were on hand to assist me. Not sure what has changed, but they're doing something right now at this store. I was also very happy that I was able to replace blinds and carpeting at almost the same price I had been quoted just for blinds at another window covering store in Boulder.
