I was able to get the assistance I needed from the store's friendly and helpful associates.

As I said previously, this store is well organized and efficient at checkout.

Usually, Home Depot in Bowie, MD is a very good experience. Unfortunately, there are times where there are employees do not try to assists customers. In fact, there have been occasions when employees have promised to help, but instead to ditch and hide. They tell me to stay put while they 'go get a lifter. Meanwhile, the employee goes off and disappears to "never-to-return" land.

Employee Eddie really went above and beyond! We appreciate his willingness to ask questions to see the full picture and offer assistance!

I always get great customer service at this store.

H this store is a lot cleaner than the store in Glen Burnie that I always go to the people seem to be a little bit more friendly also.

Initially when I came to the store, it took me over 1.5hrs to be seen by a flooring associate. I asked a few associates for help but kept being directed to the flooring area. I sat in flooring for some time, however, no one ever came to help. I walked to the kitchen appliance section and saw some associates who appeared to be managers and expressed how long I had been waiting to be helped. The gentleman then told me the flooring associate was on lunch break but he would help me get started with what I needed. As he began helping, the flooring associate, Tom, came in from his break and took over. After 45 minutes of what appeared to be research/troubleshooting, Tom told me he would have to contact the vendor directly and would give me a call tomorrow. Three days have passed and i still had not received a call from Tom or any other associates from Home Depot. I decided to go back to the store and again waited to be helped by another associate and after being there for an hour, I left the store again with me expecting Tom to give me a call. To be exact, the associate stated she would “leave a note in the system for Tom to call you”. Again, Tom never called. After a few days I called but was put on hold for 30 minutes and eventually hung up. Called again and was told by the flooring associate at the desk that Tom was on break but would call me back after his lunch break. Again, Tom never called. Finally, I called again and this time a young lady named Jen, I believe that was her name, who wasn’t a flooring associate helped me. She called the vendor and got what I needed in 15 mins and called me back to complete the order. She was awesome! My frustration is really with Tom as he still never called me as promised.

The store was clean, employees were pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. The landscaping outside of the store was amazing! Would definitely recommend shopping at this store now and in the future.

Assistant Store Managers were thoughtful and helpful.

On May 19 at about 8 pm, the Lighting Associate, Steve (I hope I have the correct name), took the time to help me find the right bulb and show me the intensity of the light so that I chose the correct bulb.

A lot of associates everywhere but no one offers assistance to customers (Not only to me, in general). They apparently try to avoid you; no eye contact, act as busy, walk the opposite direction etc: I used to work at Home Depot (Plano TX, North Plano), where we told, no matter which department you work, if you see a customer just inquire if everything is okay and offer help (even if they seem as know what they are looking for). Not even close in this store. Sad part is customers can see that the associates try to avoid you.

EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN WELL STAFFED VERY POLITE EVERYONE WORKING ATMOSPHERE WAS PLEASANT 1 MAIN LINE FOR CHECK OUT BUT MOVED EXTREMELY FAST.

I use this store all the time for my DYI needs. I can get in and out quickly and they carry all the essentials.

Fast service and friendly employees

This store is clean, always has sufficient stock, and staff are courteous and knowledgeable.

This location is really great, employee's really kind and helpful and always willing to assist me with gardening supplies, answer any questions . Always clean and organized, fully stocked. I ,travel a long distance , because I know what ever products needed , will be at the Bowie Location. The associates are the best, always.

Home Depot Bowie is one of the best locations I have to and enjoyed the services of the staff. They are patient and would go an extra length to make sure the customer was satisfied.

Other than Cashier Shirley, all the employees I encountered made it seem like they could not care less about helping me. Shirley was great! BUT...... I needed a vanity from an upper shelf, and no one would get it down for me. The first employee told me she was too busy, and told me to find someone on my own. I asked her if she could please page someone for assistance, and she told me “we don’t do that.” So I found someone else, and he told me to go ask the other employee. When I told him I had already asked her, and she wouldn’t help, he said he couldn’t help either. I left, went to Lowes across the street, found what I needed, received help from friendly, courteous employees, and was on my way home in less that 30 minutes.

Laaziza provided great customer service at check out and saved me money by suggesting a Home Depot card which I was approved for. She was persistent without being pushy or over aggressive.

I visit this store when I want a little more from the store personnel. I find that the employees will assist you by personally taking you to the section you need. They seem to have insight into the products sold and what one should expect in using the products. All of the people with whom I had contact were friendly and willing to help.

This is my husbands go to store for everything

The price that was listed on the dishwasher was not the price that was on my sales receipt and I did not notice until 4 days later and the price of the dishwasher had changed. The price on my sales receipt was $44 more than the price showing on the dishwasher.
