I purchased a dishwasher today from Glenda, the salesperson, at Home Depot. Unlike the horrendous experience at a competitor's store, it was such a pleasure to have a person that was friendly and that answered all my questions and told me exactly when my dishwasher would arrive. Home Depot is now my store of choice.

The customer service was great, everyone was much nicer and more committed to helping their customers than I have usually seen. I bought supplies for my tiny house I’m currently building like drywall and lights, I’m very satisfied with what I bought and the people who work here are super nice. Definitely recommend going here.

I had to replace a freezer that took a bath in the Yellowstone River flood. The Bozeman store is cluttered with new product that has not been shelved

The evening manager was very helpful in taking time to lead me through the steps to activate the military discount on my new and first use of a smartphone.

The service staff doesn't talk down to female builders/handymen. They treat us with respect and courtesy.

Clerk had a hard time making change for a $100 bill and the computer I had to talk to when my check was denied was frustrating and never got resolved. There is over $50,000 in the account for this project.

Ask for Colton or Mary when returning a product or purchasing with a gift card. Both employees know what they are doing and are customer service professionals!

My dishwasher stopping working the weekend before Thanksgiving, just my luck, but Glenda Elkins, appliance specialist at Home Depot in Bozeman could not have been more professional or knowledgeable. I got a great LG dishwasher at a great price, thank you Glenda and Home Depot.

The person in the appliance section did not know anything about appliances ad worse yet, did not know how to properly place an order to get product from the warehouse. I waited over 2 weeks for delivery of a dishwasher, then was later told the order was never placed and that they were now sold out so I would have to wait for 5 more months to get a dishwasher.

Every employee I asked for directions to products led me right to the product. Some even walked me there. Great customer service!

bought a chest freezer, for boy to discover it didn't fit into my car. Spencer and Alex from customer service at this store were very quick to provide good tangible solutions to my problem and worked with me to resolve it in a clean and professional way

Perry in the plumbing department was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping us choose a toilet, sinks, and fixtures. He made the whole shopping experience great! Plus everything we chose was in stock! We also had quick help with loading our truck.

Henry, who works in windows and doors is very helpful and Barbara at checkout is always friendly and helpful.

I would highly recommend the Bozeman Home Depot Store #3104 to shop for any DIY projects needed done. I have always had success in finding what I need there or on-line.

Kristina M Price was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly while we were purchasing our appliances. I highly recommend Kristina as she also has a lot of patience for all questions that come with purchasing appliances and went above and beyond with valuable information!

Normally this is a good store but on the latest visit there were many people not wearing masks in a county with a mask mandate when around others. This shows a lack of concern for the lives and health of customers. I won't return to this Home Depot until Covid-19 is totally gone, which could be multiple years.

The Bozeman Home Depot was a clean, well stocked establishment that I would highly recommend shopping at. The workers are willing to help a person in need of finding just what they want, and making sure you are satisfied with the products.

If you ever have questions or are in the market for any new appliances, go see Glenda. She is an angel. She has helped us out with everything we needed and we couldn't be more grateful. We look forward to continuing doing our business with her.
