What additional precautions is The Home Depot taking in light of COVID-19?
As part of our normal practice, our stores and other facilities are cleaned and sanitized daily. Following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), we've increased the frequency of cleaning and general hygiene maintenance in stores and other locations. We've also stepped up our efforts to disinfect high-traffic and high-touch areas like self-checkout, door handles, and bathrooms, as well as posting signage about handwashing and other preventative actions.

This store is always "under control" by that I mean well organized, properly staffed, never have encountered a "negative" employee. Most of the time I am able to find what I need on my own. But without fail, someone will ask if I need assistance and when I do need the guidance, they are happy to help.
I have always believed that this type of situation comes from the top and works it's way through the ranks. This creats the kind of environment that I have come to expect from my local Home Depot.

This is not my usual store, but since my Canal Winchester store changed door installers, I had to come to this store and order my doors. Not very convenient, as I love the guy I work with in Canal Winchester, but I like the installer that was moved to this store. I know it was a Friday evening, but the store seemed very understaffed and I had trouble finding someone to help me. The associate that did help was friendly, professional and got the job done. Overall, I prefer my home store in Canal Winchester, and wish that Home Depot would return the installer, Mike Kidwell and his team, to the store in Canal.

The staff was very helpful. I purchase a Self-Propelled Toro Lawn Mower; good price and available. The staff took my lawn mower to our car and loaded it; which was a great help. What a nice store and great staff. I was impressed! Best experience with this Home Depot on Brice as compared to others.

Great store
Pro desk lady was extremely helpful and even help load our purchases into our trailer. She was like our personal shopper! We were in and out very quickly as well.

Amazingly Simple!
I visited the store to return an item I had paid cash for to install in my spare room. I decided I really didn't need the item and decided to return the item back to the store. I realized I didn't have my receipt and the returns associate gladly still accepted my return and placed the refund on a home depot gift card so I could purchase a different item for my home. I was surprised how mentally easy and stress free it was to make a return without a receipt. Thanks Home Depot!

I want to go more "green" doing homeowners yard work. I purchased the Ryobi 40 volt trimmer and the 40 volt blower. These items work wonderfully well. I am very impressed.

I pre-paid for a vanity that was out-of-stock, but scheduled to arrive this week. I called a few ...
I pre-paid for a vanity that was out-of-stock, but scheduled to arrive this week. I called a few days ago and was told the vanity is in, their staff were going to retrieve it, and that it would be ready later that day. My contractor wasn't able to pick up the vanity until today. Today we learned that the vanity is *not* there, they don't know where it is, or when it will appear.
I ended up buying the same vanity from the Zanesville store, online. When I called the Zanesville store to confirm the vanity would be ready for pick up the next day, the clerk told me that it was already retrieved and just waiting on us to pick it up.
Not only do I have to bear the inconvenience and cost of having to send my contractor clear out-of-county to get something that should have been waiting for me, I have to deal with store staff who are clueless as to where my vanity is.
Thankfully, my project is drawing to a close and I doubt I will patronize this store again.

Excellent store team membefrs
All associates and team members are customer friendly. The on hand stock products per ads are always in stock. The garden center is clean and professional and well stocked. Customer service and in store knowledge of merchandise is professional. The key is trained staff to provide the best service and help with all questions. The managers and employees provide the best preparation for tomorrow by doing today's work superbly well.
