I was in the marker for a new lawnmower and the staff were vert helpful

There were a couple employees coming through the department and no one would help me. I finally went to customer service and they got someone with appliance experience He was knowledgeable and I made my purchase of a wall oven. Having to run around the store for help was horrible. I am disabled and was using a raggedy mobility cart. There isn’t much there in the line if decent mobility carts.

Been going to the Bridgeton Home Depot since it opened many, many years ago. Of all the HD stores in my general area this is the most helpful and friendly.

I drive out of my way to go to the Bridgeton store they are the best

I am so happy the way that the employees treated us while we were there. They really made the experience shine and created a memory. I will not forget. And the things that we purchased, I cannot wait to put them into our bathroom and enjoy our lives together.

There were plenty of knowledgeable employees to assist in finding exactly what I needed.

Item not ready when told it would be after a return for an exchange. CashIier and manager, especially, were borderline rude and disinterested. Finally got the requested item about an hour later. I suggest going to Menard's instead. Their employees are friendlier and much, much more helpful.

I always visit this location because everyone is always pleasant.

A sales rep. went over and beyond to help me find what I wanted. The item was on sale and in very short supply at other stores. This was the second Home Depot I visited today.

I had been toying around with replacing my carpet in the lower level for a while now. I had also been to two other Home Depot's before this one. Jenni, the flooring specialist there, really gets it all! Go there and she will take care of you! Can't wait for the installation Monday!

The last several times I've been in this store (been shopping here for 20+ years), it seems to be better staffed, employees are friendlier/willing to help. Way better than the Menard's in the same neighborhood.

I was very happy when this location not only had the item I was looking for but they had eager and willing staff to assist me.

I highly commend Rod as sales person in appliances department. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He is an asset to Home Depot.

I bought a dryer, there suppose to deliver it, Wednesday so far my happy with the treatment, I've received.

I was able to walk right in and get what I needed. The man who works at the paint desk was great. Even the customers were happy.

Went into look at a washing machine was greeted promptly by Sherry Jameson she helped me answered all my questions and then probably help me with the process of purchasing it and setting up delivery great employee great store

This store has one of the best & largest plant, shrub, tree, & flower arrangements available.

Janeene helped me create my Vision: a wood table top with metal legs and metal trim! She helped me through the pros & cons of my Vision; helped me locate every single piece I needed and even found cheaper pieces to help save money! I was so impressed with her customer service! She invited me back in to show her a picture of my unique table when I get it finished! Who does that! It just goes to show you that it doesn't take much to be nice! Every time I eat at my unique awesome table - I will think of Janeene and her sweet personality! Unbelievable!

y husband and I enjoy shopping at this location, it's close to our new home and seems to have a few more backup products!

This Home Depot location has great customer service consistently.

I went in store looking for a Xmas box for shipping the young man was courteous and took me to the display.

The staff is great, the store is always stocked and clean

Todays shopping experience was amazing, value for your money and friendly service

I thought that when I loaded my card information with my military discount information that it would be associated with my card. WRONG!! You still need to let the clerk know that the purchase should have the discount. When I use the online ordering process, my discount is taken off my purchases with no problem. Guess I learned a little lesson, not to AssUMe that the discount will be taken when shopping in the store.
