Super busy store.. some employees are helpful while most cashiers look annoyed to be working.. go to Bridgewater 2 for better customer service

I like that the employees in this store are older and not so young that they don’t know how to help with purchasing products. Every time I speak to an employee, they have been helpful and if they cannot help they reach out to someone that can. Kudos to who is hiring. I also noticed there are several employees that have been with the store for many years. This says something for store management and the company.

i went to buy a replacement needed for my vacuum, i went just to see if i find same as i did not think i can get it there, but i asked at the entrance and a friendly employee help me to find out.. it was a really fast and can get to my home real quick

Sherry in Customer Service helped me with a complicated purchase: online/in-store/pick-up - and using a coupon. She was patient and figured out how to make it all work. It was a great experience.

All associates at this location are great. You will not feel lost. There is always an associate to ask questions, and you will be guided the right way.

The store was neat & clean. Products were easy to find. The associate at the electrical department was very friendly and helped us find what we needed.

While this particular is very busy, one enjoys courteous and efficient service from the professional staff.

I filled out the customer satisfaction survey. The end interpretation was that I was not happy with the employees. It's not the employees that I am not happy with, it's the lack of them! I think the people working there for the most part, are doing the best that they can under their work circumstances. When you finally find help they are most always friendly and helpful. However, they can only help one person at a time! My complaint is the lack of help and the lack of stock available. I am constantly hearing, sorry we are out of that, let me check another store for you. I don't want to have to run all over to get the things I need. Time is very precious and I have no time to waste.

This is my go to store. I always find what I need. I can get held on all home repairs from knowledgeable sales people. The store is well organized, so you can find things easily.

Friendly and efficient service...

Always have a good experience at my Bridgewater Home Depot. I regularly do home repairs for myself, my family and friends, and spend a lot of time at Home Depot. I can always find an employee in the department that I am looking in, and always get good advice and tips. I haven't found another store (large or small) that offers such good products and service. When running out to buy a quick something (piece of plywood, sprinkler for my lawn, a pipe fitting, fertilizer for the lawn, special light bulb, etc.) I cant think of a better place that I know will have my item and will sell it for a good price. I just haven't found a better place.

Great store, but some of the questions at the end of the survey are idiotic. i.e.: What does it mean to have "efficient service", or What other brands/retailers have "efficient service". I know the store has no control over this , but HD Corporate should be more on the ball. They think they have a monopoly on "efficient service". I have had a service company for over 30 years. If I did not have "efficient service" I would not be in business for over 30 years. I would give 5 stars, except for Corporate's idiotic questions on the survey. This store gets "5" stars, but corporate only 4.

The store is always clean and staff very friendly. Love their seasonal decorations!!!

Terrible experience shopping here. Poorly staffed and when I did find an employee, they were unfriendly and unwilling to help me find an item listed as in-stock online. The only helpful employee was the cashier. I will never shop here again.

As a local contractor, the Bridgewater 1, store number 947 is my daily go to for all of my needs. The Pro Service staff are always serving and super professional. Most importantly, the entire staff make me feel like I am family. A shopping experience at the Bridgewater 1 store is always worth the trip.

Employees working in depts. don’t know the products they sell. Good store if all you need is a can of spray paint. And please if you need help finding something...............

The store was clean and well displayed. The people there were very helpful in helping me get what I want.

I bought a drip edge there and noticed the corner was bent over a little. I bought another drip edge and another store and noticed the same thing. You should talk to the people who stock the store at night time and make sure when they put the drip edge in the slot make sure they gently let it slide down and not let it drop into position.

We like having a total home improvement store that supplies nuts to bolts, outdoor machinery/ equipment, limber, electrical supplies, tools, paints, appliances, cabinetry, flooring, plants, etc, etc, etc!!! It’s endless! We know when we shop at HD we will find what we need & more. There is nothing HD doesn’t have or anything they can’t help us find! It’s a warehouse stocked with goods/supplies from A-Z! Thank you Home Depot ! ...You’re on our list for #1 best store! A well Satisfied Custome!
