VERY PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATES SAFE AND CLEAN STORE NICE ENVIRONMENT

We have always expressed to other the good things that the employees at this store do for us anytime were there always someone to help with what we need or want to find

Henry is a great kitchen guy who really knows his stuff and is incredibly helpful!

This is the first Home Depot where I did not have to wait in a long line at the paint department. They are super helpful and quick!

Everyone is so helpful and make sure you have what you need for your visit

Closest store to my home, always has everything I need.

The store was clean and when I walked in the door I was greeted by staff member's to ask if I needed help or if they could help med find something I needed not only at the door but through the whole store. Thank You!

I was waiting at least 15 min. on trying to get someone to come and help me with a chain that I needed. No one came and I had to do it myself.

1st my cashier didn't how to process my pro project gift card as my payment method (even after calling the head cashier)... Then I'm treated rudely by that cashier's father that was hovering around her register; inappropriately intervening, refusing to stay out of my transaction when I asked him to, telling me I am wrongly upset because it is not his daughter's fault... Yet 3 employees later, my pro card is finally able to be processed (literally only 2-3 buttons pushed on their register makes it work just like any other prepaid gift card) & there were zero apologies for the wait, rudeness, or anything. Wow is all say.

Rarely do I have to find someone to help me. There is always an associate there asking if I need help.

This store is the best great help awesome employees

A burly associate, at my request assisted me to find the posts I was looking for. Then did not offer to help load the cart. When checking out, the posts were more expensive ($8.97 per each) than what I had found online ($7.98). The young lady only shrugged and asked how I wanted to pay for them. Another shrug when I asked if someone could assist me to off load the cart into the pickup.

I came in to purchase a patio dinning set, there were only 2 . I was disappointed and I was going to leave. The Sales associate Charles approached me and started talking to me about the sets. He checked on stock and there were 9. He went back and brought one in and while he was gone I shopped. When he came back I asked if there were any hammocks and he found one for me and the stand. I had been in the store about a week earlier and I was told there were none available. The stand was outside covered in bird but he found it. Without Charles assistance I would of gone to LOWES.

Henry in the cabinets and appliance was beyond great in his help to see that our new plans for our kitchen went together without a hitch . Because of him we feel relaxed that we are in good hands and it will go without any problems .

Caroline was extremely helpful and very patient and assisted me every step of the way.

Maria the Cashier was very helpful and nice. The employees on the floor can be more helpful.

The shopping was easy because of how nicely the plants and vegetables were arranged. There were associates readily available to assist me with my questions or locating what I needed. Glad to have stopped there for a pleasant experience. I just wish it wasn't so hot outside so I could buy more plants to take back home with me.

PEOPLE AT THE BRIGHTON LOCATION ARE VERY PROFESIONAL AND VERY COURTIOUS WHEN I ASK THEM WHERE A SPECIFIC ITEM IS!! THEY RIGHT OF WAY TAKE THEIR TIME TO LEAD ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION! THANKS GUYS!! YOU ALL DO GOOD WORK!!

Clean store, helpful staff, good quantities. Won't shop at Lowes because of their customer service. This store is always very helpful and knowledgeable, they always honor a military discount for my current service member without question. No other store close by compares.

We went to get replacement redwood boards for our deck, about 200. It's Saturday of Memorial Day weekend - bad time to go, figured we'd be there for half a day. Wore a loud orange T shirt just so they could'nt miss me. Much to our surprise, we got waited on right away, answered questions, figured out a plan on what lengths of wood to get and then got in line to load. It only took an hour and a half total and that's including braving it and going back into the garden area to get some plants. Very impressed with the people in the lumber area - I wish I'd jotted down their names. One ran the pallet machine and another was helping customers, carrying wood etc.

I like to shop at Home Depot and especially in the spring when all the flowers & garden items are available but when I go pay, the HIGH RATE of taxes just makes me cringe. Nearly 10% is so totally outrageous & if there was a Home Depot closer to where we live, I would not shop at Prairie Center. I do like all Home Depot stores as far as inventory, help & numerous items available, but if I were to recommend a store to somebody I honestly would tell them to shop at a store away from Prairie Center because of the high tax rate.

It was raining out side so there were a lot of people in the store looking at grills. Mr. Ellis D28 was so helpful and nice. He helped me decide which grill was the best for our family and the difference in the grills. He even let me use his measuring tape to see if the grill would fit in my van. The three employees who loaded the grill were so careful not to damage the interior, even in the rain. Mr. Ellis and the 3 employees needs an At-A-Boy or bonus. Thank you

I love coming to this Home Depot for all of my projects. I am a first time home buyer so I do not have a lot of knowledge when it comes to DIY but the store associates here are very helpful with that.

Can't say friendly or not can not employee to help or when I do they don't really have much or none knowledge on what I'm looking for or working on. But after all I would still recommend this store for its quality products that it carries. Friendly or not The Home Depot has what I need every time I go.

2 time I went to this homedepot very unfriendly employees to much time talking with each other and no one to help unless you track them down and ask for help walked by 5 employees 3 of them I made eye contact with and none of them said a word to me no one to greet you when you walk in no one to ask if you need help if you have a project you need to do but dont no exactly what you need or where the items or at in this store good luck going to this homedepot you'll be walking in circles and no one will offer to help go somewhere else.
