More stores need to be dog friendly. It's nice to be able to take my dog with me inside the store and Angela was thrilled to pet and love on Tommy.

Store always has what I need. Exchanges are fast and friendly. Staff is always helpful, particularly Felicia who always goes the extra mile to help people find what they need.

This store by far is way better than the West Road location completely worth the drive.

I couldn't find the items I was looking for and couldn't find a person working that area so I asked an employee passing by to help me. Even though the employee didn't work that area he went over and above to assist me any way. I would like to give a big thank you and appreciation to Phong who went out of his way to help me.

David is a great professional, gave me instructions and advise on windows and doors.

Everything in stock and casheirs are well trained.

Good customer service

I came to Home Depot to purchase stainless steel for treated lumber and 15°nails for a Rigid air nailer that I purchased from this store #577 and find no stainless steel nails and no DA nails in the store this is ridiculous as Rigid and dewalt and almost all 15° nailers use except for Makita and Metabo use DA Metabo and Makita use FN which you stock nails for but not nailers and the nailers you stock you do not have nails for. Also get Stainless steel nails for treated lumber in 15guage and 12 guage framing nailers.

I went into Homedepot #0577 and brought a new tool set the very helpful and friendly employees from the front Carol gave me a nice run down on the tool and warranty

Normally when I go to the Garden Center to find a plant that I like it tends to be a time consuming ordeal of playing Where's Waldo; however, that was not the case this time. Barbara, in the Garden Center at the Brinkman locations Garden Center, looked up what I wanted and pointed me to where it was located.. I didn't even know it was possible to look up plants, as nobody had previously offered to do so. My trip to the Garden Center at the Brinkman location was quick and easy, thanks to Barbara!

Associates are well attentive on your needs

The store folks try to maintain a safe environment during this time and the staff, though overworked, is usually pleasant to work with. The gentlemen in plumbing, during most days, is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

We went into home depot on Memorial Day to shop for appliances and Violet at that department was very knowledgeable and kind. She made us aware of all the sales washer/dryer with all offers. She made our experience very pleasant! There was no waiting and completed our purchase timely.

I was at the Brinkman Home Depot and had trouble finding a socket I needed. I found an employee name Chris at the top of a ladder stocking near aisle 9 and asked for his help. He climbed all the way down that ladder to come help me. He was so polite and helpful. He even assisted another person. Would like to say thank you for employees like Chris. Employees like that make the trip to Home Depot worthwhile!! Thanks Chris!!

Just spent over $2,600 in major appliances at the store with Enma Castro. She is the most exceptional sales person at Home Depot. She is courteous, so knowledgeable and professional. This is our third purchase with her in major appliances and we will continue to go to her again so better keep her around. While we were there, there were three customers waiting for her. She took care of two customers ahead of us while the other two salespersons were still taking care of the customers they had when I walked in. She is truly awesome!

I purchased 5/4" 1 x 6 x 12 pine decking boards. I go through the boards to ensure they are all straight (no bowed or warped boards). The boards were perfect with minimal knots.

Long lines with no employee staffed checkouts, cannot make quick stops on lunch breaks.

I go to Home Depot Brinks to get pvc and cpvc pipe and fittings and lids for my home depot 5 gallon buckets. There were no lids for the 5 gallon buckets. No sign showing that none in stock or when it would be restocked. Employees sent me all over that darn store looking for the orange lids for the home depot 5 gallon buckets. Went to plumbing and both ends of the plumbing aisle were blocked off by gates with employees standing at each end. They were letting customers into the aisle as customers left the aisle through the gates. THERE WERE NO SIGNS POSTED SHOWING THEY HAD NO PVC OR CPVC PIPES OR CPVC FITTINGS OR PIPE CEMENT. THERE WAS NO SIGN SHOWING THEY DIDN'T KNOW WHEN THE ITEMS WOULD BE IN STOCK!!!! Customers had to get at the end of a long line to wait and enter the plumbing aisle through the guarded gate entry. I waited for almost 20 minutes just to enter and find they were out of stock of EVERYTHING I NEEDED!!!! No one is smart enough to post signs at each end of the aisle to let people know they don't have any PVC pipes or CPVC pipes or CPVC fittings. No sign letting customers waiting in the long lines know that Home Depot DIDN'T HAVE THE ITEMS AND DOESN'T KNOW WHEN THE ITEMS WILL BE IN STOCK!!! I was stupid enough to wait in that line just to enter and find the employee tell every customer the SAME DARN THING!! Home Depot has really let us down in a super big way. There were also no toilet kits and I was told they didn't know when they would be restocked. THANKS, BUT NO THANKS. I will always remember this. This store is lousy!!

Went to check out at self service lane . As I was completing my purchase an employee came out of nowhere yelling at me that I could not check out she took my items out of the bag and voided purchase on the self service cash register and told me there was a line "I saw 3 machines open and no lines " went to returns and checked out. This conduct was well out of order , embarrassing and not appreciated at all.

There is no assistance when needed, and when items are paid for that should be CASHIERS main priority to have the customer taken care of and Make sure item paid for are taken to the front when customer needs assistance. DONT TELL THE CUSTOMER ! Help is there when there is no one there on the isle.

I had a problem with a gift card. The resolution was slow and took two days and hours on the phone. The store employees were trying to be helpful, but they were apparently tied up with company restrictions on fixing problems. I would strongly suggest not buying Home Depot gift cards, especially from third parties. The store cannot handle problems with them effectively. I cannot complain about the employees, but this whole situation was too hard to deal with.

This is my home store for Home Depot's. Easy, fast, clean, great customer service, and plenty of stock on hand to fulfill any order needed. Cheers!
