The store is always clean, well stocked, and highly competitive in pricing of their products. All employees are very friendly and helpful and I feel that they appreciate me and my business. I live in McComb and our Lowe's store would have a lot to learn from the associates in the Brookhaven Home Depot. It's a little inconvenient, but I would rather drive to Home Depot and spend my money with people that appreciate me. I highly recommend this Home Depot!!!

I started this process just a little unsure, as I had not ordered new kitchen cabinets before. The associate Mr. Steve O. was most helpful in explaining to me how the process of ordering my new cabinets works, putting me at ease from the start. He help make this experience enjoyable, when I had expected it to be a bit stressful. He answered all of my questions, and offered options that I had not considered, as a result I have gotten more than I had thought I could have. I will be back to shop at this store. I am very pleased with my purchase and look forward to a beautiful new kitchen.

I have never given a store 5 star ratings until today. Over the past month i have shopped at the Brookhaven HomeDepot while remodeling my kitchen and i have received the up-most excellent customer service that you can ask for. EVERYONE (all employees) in this store are helpful, friendly, courtesy, knowledgable, and always smiling! I live 30 miles away in McComb and i shop at Lowe's alot, due to convience but let me tell you how awful the customer sercvice and employees are at this Lowe's store. I was very proud to take my dad to Brookhaven Home Depot today and receive great customer service and great products with a smile! Thank you for setting high standards for customer service and friendiness!!

I have a plumbing business and have been in several home improvement stores and Home Depot is the best hands down. They a better selection of tools,appliances really everything.

This HD has the friendliest sales associates that are always most helpful from the time we walk in the door to the time we drive off from the lot. They take us to the items we are looking for and answer our questions about the products. They help us check out and load our purchases when we need help. This store and its associates are AWESOME!

I walked in the store someone asked me if they could help me I told him what I was looking for they grabbed a flat cart took me straight to the area I needed help me load it up ask if I needed anything else I told him I needed locks for it they help me find the locks I didn't understand how to install them they took the time to install them for me help me get to the checkout and then help me get loaded up best experience I've ever had at any store

My refrigerator purchase was made efficiently and without complications. Sales associate was very helpful and friendly. They need to supply more items to be kept in stock at store, though.

When I visited the store in Brookhaven the Associate are always very good at help me find what I need. The Associate will either show me where to fine the item sometime take time to get it for me. My question are always answer in timely matter. They all are very Friendly and caring.
