The customer service provided by the Associate, Luis Perez, was superb. He stayed with me and answered all my questions thereby helping make sound decisions on the product I chose for my decking and fence projects. He was very knowledgeable.

Store was clean,paint desk was helpful and nice and I found every thing I needed in one visit.

The staff here is simply the best, true professionals!!! I encountered a team building exercise along with listening to the team leaders motivational exercise to prepare the staff the meet the objectives of the day. Nicole was extremely helpful in assisting me with my checkout and made my visit that much better.

The Sales Associates, layout of the store and shopping experience has always been a positive venture. The Sales Associates are always helpful despite the many conflicted and impatient customers. I was looking for an item in hardware anfd with out my asking an associate came off the ladder and came to ask how he could help me and what i was looking for. #. i dont know what happened but this home depot hamolton ave store brooklyn new york is like your local hardware store where they are there to help you>>> A1 service

Overall my experience was good , the cashier Ifiyana was hepful and quick

We'd previously shopped at this store and had been very satisfied, but two of the employees yesterday were *superb*: Kamica (at the Returns Desk) and Emma (working in one of the aisles). They were both incredibly friendly and helpful.

We found all the items we were looking for. They had a good selection. Our cashier was very friendly, and made our experience that much better.

I placed an online order and went to the store for pick-up. Even though I was advised to call the store in advance so that my large, bulky order could be ready when I arrived, I forgot to do so but the staff there were still very friendly and helpful. They assisted me right away and made sure the order was complete before disappearing. I would certainly return to the store for future purchases.

worse store when it come to getting any help. The store phone number is worse. the chances of wining NY Loto is higher then reaching an associates.

Most of the inventory from this Home Depot was full of dust. Bought a 300+ piece Husky mechanics tool set and the box looked like it was handled by a disgruntled delivery man and full of dust. I also purchased a Husky tool bag... The bag was clean until i put it into the cart with the tool set. Some of the aisles were closed off, I don't know if they were stocking the inventory or cleaning the aisles but no one was there doing any work. So I wasn't able to browse those aisles. All in all... It was an ok shopping experience.

Thanks to Joseph Robinson I am a regular customer at this location. His knowledge of products exceeded my expectations and he lead me to the right aisle immediately. Most stores you ask a question and they lead you on a wild goose chase because they cant just say they dont know. Not Joe. Joe Jr. is proud to work there and honestly is the best associate I've ever encountered. Thanks Joe!

products were not easy to find. they were mixed-up in wrong bins, open packaging with missing parts, wrong parts in labeled bins

they don"t help you there,it's very hard to find somebody to help you.

I have, on occasion, found employees at this store who are both knowledgeable and helpful, HOWEVER, there are FAR too many who are rude, not familiar with the merchandise, and are unhelpful, to the point of being outright hostile.

The associates at the Customer Service Department were very helpful and have patient to help and provide service.

At night this store seems to be undermanned. If you know what you want you can serve yourself. If you need to ask an associate for help...good luck.
