Exelente customer service

Drove in from Mission to find the items I wanted. This store has a bigger selection and more items in stock.

Please consider visiting home depot for any needs you may have or anything that was damaged broken or is discolored around your house this is a great location with amazing employees btw I'm not an employee I'm just amazed by how professional Home Depot was

The people there should be more people friendly and realize that when they are in the floor they are there to help out customers, not taking personal calls. I've got nothing bad to say about the store itself, I found the product I was looking for . So it is well stocked. Oh plus there's not enough people in the registers. My question is what's the point in having so many registers if you don't have the people to work on them.

Cashier was rude when I showed my VA card. She stated that card was not in the books. I advised her that I have showed that card many times in other HD stores and never had an issue. She stated she would give me the discount only this time only after I spoke to a manager. If that's how they treat veterans, I will never coming back to this store.

As I approach the 3/4 Century mark in life, I've learned that I need to ask for help every now and then. Thank goodness for my Home Depot team, without hesitation I've received all the assistance I could ever hope for and it is appreciated. I find the staff (although streamlined, one fellow assisted 3 others before I got to him) quick to listen and assist when ever possible, and if they can't, they will seek the assistance one needs. All in all, very commendable and a true example of Excellence in action. Thank you.

There was no hand-sanitizing station at the lumber side of the store. Many individuals were walking without a mask and not even spraying their hands at least.

Friendly, helpful and staff make themselves available.

Home Depot associates are so honest. When I realized I left my purse in the parking lot car, I was driving back to Home Depot praying my purse would still be in the cart when I got back. Better than that, I found Adam the Lot Loader and my guardian angel that found it and turned it in. I was so happy because of his honesty , I wanted to let Home Depot know just how lucky they are to have him. I haven't ever been so scared about my purse because of the contents. The cashier who stored my purse was very professional and asked questions on my purse before handing back to me. I just wanted to give them all a big hug but due to Covid I couldnt. Thank you!

Everyone there are always very helpful and nice, I've never had a problem all the years I've gone. I rather go to this store than the other one in Brownsville.

Very well stocked store, and if help is required all I need to do is get somebody with the orange vest and they find me whatever am looking for.

I found the products that I wanted, however there was three customers who did not have a mask. At the self-checkout the cashier Adam helped me out and informed me of the 5 thousand dollar Home depot gift card, and explained about the Home Depot credit card which I will most likely apply soon. He was very friendly and helpful.

Both my wife and I have been working in Customer service field and this storehas got to be one of the friendliness staff we have experienced. Very helpful especially Mr. Renato Reyes Jr. Very disappointed at your Morrison st location in Brownsville, Tx.

My husband and I are still working on our patio project and needed a few pavers (about 130!) Efrain saw us loading our flat bed and he immediately offered to help. Ileana also assisted. The customer service in Garden today was exceptional! These 2 associates need to he recognized for their efforts and excellent customer service! Thank you EFRAIN and ILEANA!

I had a terrible incident with cashier, Maribel. She was rude, arrogant, and would not listen to anything I had to say. I am grateful that both Garden Manager Gina and Store Manager Ricardo intervened. Ricardo is an exceptional example of customer service and a true leader. Thank you so much for being empathetic, understanding, and patient. I will surely be going back to my local HD for my home projects during this pandemic. Thank you again Ricardo!

Poor customer service as employee refused to assist stating he did not work there, yet was wearing a HD apron.

There friendly and some times they have good specials i like it better than any other store

Home Depot has excellent employees! They are well-trained, helpful and courteous. I have always used Home Depot products and appliances and have never been disappointed. I have been a Home Depot customer since they opened their doors in Brownsville and plan to keep on being a Home Depot customer the rest of my life.

Customer service is lacking in this store. Product was not completed as requested and floor personnel was unwilling to assist to complete the task.

Due to the current situation with the Corona Virus things have been chaos, but not here at Home Depot. Customer service is wonderful as always, the store is neat and orderly and fully stocked. Thank you Home Depot for the extra effort during these difficult times!

I have noticed an upward trend in positive customer service at this store. There are more visible employees, the store looks neater and each associate not busy with a customer is quick to ask if I needed help. This past Saturday I purchased some items at this store. I was well received and asked if I needed any help. I found what I needed and waited in line to pay for my items. While waiting we were asked if any of us were military veterans. I answered that I was and the associate told me that he had a gift for me. I paid for my items and left the store to go to my truck to load my items. As I finished loading my items I saw the same associate walking towards me. As he approached me he handed me a large American Flag and with the most sincerity I have seen displayed, thanked me for my service with a strong handshake. I have never felt so honored before. The associate introduced himself as store manager Renato. This had to have been the greatest shopping experience i have had at Home Depot to date! Keep up the good work!!

I would recommend the store but not the cashier was really rude and on her phone while charging me her name is marisela Really unprofessional she needs to be trained the right way or get fired

very clean, organized and knowledgeable people, I would recommend this store to my family and friends... the only thing that would be great and improve the over-all shopping experience is if the store would PROVIDE BAGS!!!
