We were purchasing a refrigerator and also had a military discount. The first clerk said we had to go to the service desk to get it. The girl there also didn't know how to do it. So we said JUST FORGET IT and we went back to cancel our order and the gentleman in appliances did it for us. He was so helpful and friendly.

We have visited a lot of Home Depots and this one was very clean and friendly associates. We did not have to wait in line to check out and they had all the item we went in for and easy to find.

Always breeze to shop with great prices and items in stock.

store was very clean even the restroom was very clean, and the store had everything i needed.

The paint employees and the self checkout cashier were great

So I was looking for some paint with my partner and we found this store associate stocking items on the shelves in the paint department. We had an idea of what type of paint and wanted some assistance on this and asked her. She was very courteous and helped us find just what we were looking for. From both of the Home Depots in Brownsville this one is the better option in terms of customer service/assistance.

I knew exactly what I wanted when I went there, only 2 blocks from where I work. Upon entering the store I received direction on exactly where to find what I wanted, found it (PVC parts), headed to the available self check-out, and without needing assistance was on my way out the door in a matter of minutes. So, I'm a happy customer! Thank You, Home Depot.

I was able to find all of my cleaning and gardening products in a couple of minutes. The associate assistance was of great help by guiding me and providing their product knowledge.
