I had used the wrong card to get our discount, Jonathan , the cashier, just said no problem he would give us a refund then would completely check us out again for us to get the discount. This was time consuming for him , it was several hundred dollars . But, Thanks to Jonathan it was a smooth experience.

This store has friendly employees and is very clean and organized

Disappointed that the receipt I was given had a code to participate in the survey. I completed the survey, yet after looking at the Sweepstakes Rules, it expired on October 28, 2018. This purchase was made on November 6, 2018 and the code to participate is still showing up on the receipt!

If I could give this store 10 stars I would. We just moved here and needed a lot of items for repairs and household and boy did we hit the jackpot! The employees are the GREATEST! I have gone to other Home Depots but this one BEATS all of them by far.

I have always received outstanding customer services and help from the knowledgeable staff here. My visit today saved me $400 because of their knowledge and understanding of what was in their stock.

I know that when I go into our Home Depot and am unsure where something is located or what I need to purchase to do a project, there will be an associate there who will help me and make me feel welcome. I cannot imagine Brownwood without this store - our home improvement projects would be undone until we could go to Abilene or Stephenville.

I have always been pleased with my experiences at Home Depot in Brownwood. They have great products and friendly help.

Exceptional individuals at the service desk and pro desk!!

If you need or want service just go straight to the pro desk and find Jess. If she is not loading a truck she is standing there ready to help. She knows all of the products and has been helpful in every department

Employees are so helpful and pleasant. Love the atmosphere there and I've always been able to find what I came in to buy. I always find employees ask if I need any help and whenever I do they are so eager to make sure I find what I want. The store was neat and clean and uncluttered.

THE STORE WAS VERY CLEAN AND THE APPLIANCE SECTION WAS EASY TO FIND; WHEN WE FOUND THE WASHING MACHINES TAMMY IMMEDIATELY CAME TO HELP US & STAYED WITH US THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS. SHE EVEN WENT OUT OF HER WAY TO CALL HER MANAGER & FIND US ONE WE COULD TAKE HOME THAT SAME DAY; SHE WAS VERY HELPFUL. WILL DEFINITELY USE THIS HOME DEPOT AGAIN.

I have been making several purchases from the lawn garden center throughout the summer, and a friendly cashier, Diana has helped me with all my purchases and has been very knowledgeable and helpful about the plants and care for them, she's a great asset to the lawn and garden center.

Very friendly staff, but need more to assist with heavy articles such as sheet rock and plywood when you are by yourself hard to manage

We live in several different areas. Our second home is out in the country near Brownwood, TX. That is where most of our Home Depot shopping is done. It is by far the best store we have ever shopped at. The employees are kind and helpful. You never feel like an idiot just because you don't have all of the answers. I go there for everything we need to fix up our home.
