The customer service at this Home Depot is terrific. Last year I couldn't change my filter in my new refrigerator and they sent a person to help me. This was above and beyond. This year while renovating our bathroom, the person in doors and windows helped me to understand and order a specialty window for our shower. Can't say enough times how great the experience was. Thank you

Products are always easy to find at Home Depot and if you are looking an associate is nearby to assist you. I shop the store often and love how clean and well organized it is.

Like I said previous love the store and the Behr paint.

Our Kitchen Designer at the Brunswick, Georgia Home Depot was extremely helpful in designing our kitchen and bath. Our Designer is an Architect, which helped make our kitchen creative and unique. I have not found a better designer. He was recommended to me by a friend that has used him to design TWO kitchens for her - one on Jekyll Island and one in Ohio. The Brunswick Home Depot Kitchen Designer is an asset to the Brunswick GA store and it was a pleasure to work with him..

Employees like her should be rewarded for her loyalty to the store and professional courtesy to the customer. This day and time people focus on the bad experiences. I want to take time to let Home Depot know that she went above and beyond her role as manager.

I just purchased a home. Both of my master bathroom faucets we dripping. I was struggling in the plumbing isle when Mr. Carl asked me if he could assist me. Before I could blink, he had the parts I needed. I really thought I was going to have to replace both faucets. I was surprised when he even told me how to properly replace the stems. Mr. Carl is an asset to the Home Depot. As I walked on another isle and Mr. mike helped me with the wrench I needed. Thanks HD Team!!!

Purchased an item online, and it was delivered to the store free of shipping. They texted me when it came in, went by walked in the door and picked it up. Easy Peasy. No trouble, no wait, already paid for, walk out and go.

Always east to shop at this store. People friendly and helpful.

The floor associate was very helpful in finding the product I was wanting to buy. The main problem I had was when I checked out and showed the cashier my veteran's card for the 10% discount she told me I wasn't disable so I couldn't receive a discount. I tried to explain that they have taken it before, but she wouldn't give it to me. I think it is a shame Home Depot can't give a veteran a discount when the competitor across the street (Lowes) has no trouble giving me a discount with a smile and thank you.

It's very easy to find what your looking for. The store is very clean, organized, and there's someone to assistant you in every department you may need help in. The staff there is very helpful and nice. I enjoy going shopping at home depot. Keep up the great work home Depot staff and management. May God continues to bless this business and the staff.

Unfortunately, this store's associates need training on acknowledging and paying attention to the customers. I stood in 3 different aisles, obviously trying to find something, with an associate close by....none of them asked me if I needed help. I finally asked an associate for help that almost walked into my cart as I walked by and she pointed to where I needed to go. Once I picked up that product without help from the associate close by (2-80 pound bags of cement mix) I walked over to the door/window section. I walked up and down two aisles looking for a solid wood door.....I walked by a group of 4 associates (laughing and joking around with each other) three different times. I finally found what I thought I was looking for and stood there for several minutes....20 feet from this same group of 4.....ignored. Finally approached and asked if they could answer a question. The response I got from one was, "I don't know if I can or not." He really didn't seem interested in helping. I finally left back through the garden section, paid for my products and left. The associate at the register in garden was great - she was helpful, nice, cordial and genuinely tried to help me and get me help with the heavy lifting. So 1 out of about 10 associates I saw did a good job. Next time...Lowes. I keep trying to go back to Home Depot because a friend of mine works at their HQ in Marietta. But each time - I'm disappointed.

Unlike Lowe's, in this store you see employees walking around working, or helping customers. If you need help and you don't see anyone go to customer service, have paged to the area you are and someone will show up.

On July 17 I went to this Home Depot to buy an out-door light sensor, bags of Damp Rid and bales of pine straw. As I entered the store, I asked Associate/Cashier Sharon J. where the items were located and the procedure to get the pine straw. She promptly and efficiency made calls to get the correct isles. Therefore, I was able to quickly locate the items and go back to Sharon to check out. As she was doing this and helping locate my Home Depot card number, she also informed a fellow Associate that I would be buying pine straw so that he could begin preparing the bales for me to pick up. This was one of my best trips to Home Depot.

I was in and out but they had what I needed. Will definitely return

I was amazed at the helpfulness of the store associate in the window department. I had done extensive rresesrch on sliding windows for a covered porch and thought I had selected the correct windows for my project. After window comparisons, discussions about energy efficiency and warranty, the associate assisted me in making a better decision for my particular needs and budget. I certainly appreciated his time, interest, knowledge, and professionalism.

Items were relatively easy to find. Aisles were clear and uncluttered. I thought the prices were very reasonable. I actually enjoyed the visit.

I was there for only a few minor things, but walked away making a $250.00 purchase for items that I had needed for some time. A store representative who was collecting carts in the parking lot, offered to assist me with loading my purchase (which was quite heavy and cumbersome) and I didn't even have to ask them. I was grateful for the assistance.
