Excellent customer service at this location. Thank you Andrew for helping me find the item I was looking for and going above and beyond. I wish I got the name of the other guy/coworker that was helping him but I love seeing camaraderie in a business because it tells me it’s a positive work environment and that everyone can get along without tension. and I noticed this one interaction where they were forklifting some thing and how they were exchanging advice to straighten it out correctly. So it’s nice when you can get that help from your coworkers I definitely know what that feels like from work experience so again good job guys keep it up!

Bought a Barbeque . We needed a natural gas one but we’re told we can buy the propane one and buy universal gas kit and change it . After wasting so much time and finally calling the bbq company and finding out that it is not going to work and there are actual natural gas bbq’s for sale . Had to haul everything back and ordered the right bbq . Employees should be trained and not just thrown onto the sales floor wasting our time ! Shame on all the stores that do this !

The cashiers Jesse took the time to show me where the product was and even called Andrew from rental to help me load my cart then load it into my cart. Both employees were super nice and helpful.

Tool rental was so great. It was the cleanest one of all the stores I've been to. All their machines were working and available for rent. And the service was great, they were so nice and helped me with my needs. And the techs were so smart and informative, they explained how to use the machine and what to do and not to do. Best experience I have had at any Home Depot so far.

I love shopping at the Burbank ,Ca. Store...it is always neat and well stocked , and the employees are so kind and helpful...

Though my sun shade has doubled in price it's still the cheapest thing I can find too keep heat out of my house.

If you are going to the Garden Dept at the Burbank Home Deopt, be sure to ask for SAMUEL. He is the most helpful & knowledgeable employee ! He went over & above to take care of all of my needs!!! (Unfortunately, the other garden dept employees could care less about customer service. They were unknowledgeable & uncaring.)

This Home Depot only had self checkout lanes open on a Saturday afternoon. Beyond lame.

This Home Depot’s customer service was fantastic. I’m doing some last minute shopping at 9:30 at night and multiple HD workers offered help and advice without me event asking for it. Secondly, the cashier Lizza was extremely helpful, courteous and provided amazing customer service! Thumbs up!!

There is parking place all the time. Also customer service is very helpful.

Had such an amazing shopping experience at the Burbank Home Depot. Came in tonight and was helped by Musa who was knowledgeable, very kind and helpful. He took his time to locate an item and made sure we found it. Plus Kevin (supervisor) and the young lady at the self checkout were just so sweet. Thank you for making my shopping experience a great one!

They do not know how to provide customer service. The manager was too busy to speak to me. It took eight people to confirm if I was purchasing the correct (identical or replacement) lightbulb to the one I had brought in. They were not willing to help me because “they did not work in that department” so they gave me the run around until finally (30 minutes later for one simple question) someone could tell me it was the right one. I will be going to other hime improvement stores in the area, as you guys have lost my business.

I bought 2 commercial mop grade handles for my line of work, but the customer service was fair. There were not enough employees, but the 1 employee at the self checkout cahiers had asked me if "he can help" using hand jesters to direct me. I didn't like it because I was trying to show that I didn't need help.

on one of my visits i forg0t something from my purchase and when i returned to the store it was very easy for them to deliver it to me. thanks

Employees do not know about CA pricing laws. If an item is in front of a tag that shows a lower proce than what rings up then they should mark it down without argument. Train them before you get Weights and Measures reported.

I shop this HD at least once a week and have observed the shopping carts with trash and other debris left in the carts when I take a cart from the front of the store! Pls have the carts cleaned before bringing back to the front of the store!!

I purchased exactly the stove I was looking for at a great price on sale. They arranged delivery for free and set up, hauling away the old stove for a minimal charge.

I bought combo dust pan with broom, box of extra large trash bags, touch up paint, and a couple of fluorescent bulbs and had good discounted price for my purchases. We decided to open account with Home Depot Glendale.

I found EDY the young lady working in at the return desk to be rude and certainly should not be working in customer service. Other than that it’s a typical store. Kids working and hanging out. But that return cashier named ” EDY “ ruined my shopping experience. Her personality is unprofessional and inexcusable. She grossed my spirit out. She disturbed my peace.
