We love the selection of washers at this location. We were assisted by Gail, a mature salesperson who guided us to just the right purchase for us. Keep up the good work Home Depot by hiring mature, knowledgeable staff, and for offering a great selection of washers.

If you are a tradesman and want great, fast, friendly, knowledgeable service look no further than the Burbank Home Depot Pro-Desk. Everyone working in that section is great. You will save time and money and it will be a pleasure dealing with anyone of the staff.

The Best HD
I shop the Burbank HD because they ALWAYS have lumber carts/flat carts available for customers. I am closer to the Glendale and Pacoima HD but prefer the Burbank HD also because the instock is always good.

Great rental department. Any questions can be answered with ease by Jeffery or Brandon. They make the process of renting something a breeze. The pro-desk is simply the best around. Alex and her crew are just outstanding. Time is money and they are all pros and get things done efficiently but with a small town friendliness. It is a pleasure for this old man to shop at the Burbank Home Depot and I know it will be for you also.

Poor service. The pro xtra desk and checkout is frustratingly slow with rude and unhelpful service. I needed to checkout quickly for a job and showed them my pro xtra card and they were busy talking to each other and avoiding assisting customers in a timely manner. Such a disappointment as this store use to be so well run with better service.

My visit to Bubank Home Depot on 10 June 2021 was a totally positive experience. I’d been searching for replacement hinges for my bathroom cabinet. Turns out that size is not made anymore, and I’m not in a position to go redecorating my entire bathroom to match a new style of cabinet. But Brad in hardware recognized my dilemma, got out his tools, and rebuilt my old hinges. I am amazed! It took some doing but he was determined and very skillful.
Then I went to garden dept. where a young lady loaded my heavy bags of bark onto the cart and later into my car.
Everyone in the store was cheerful and efficient, from the project desk through the departments and the cashier.
I’ll be driving out of my way to get to this Home Depot location.

Chris from Paint went out of his way to help me and it wasn't even his department. My 5 STARS goes to him!
The guy Jose (gets NO stars) who was working in the flooring department. He seemed more concern on restocking vs. helping me find something specific. All he did was direct me to where I could find it. Sadly, I needed two of the item and asked Chris who happened to pass by and with a great attitude, was happy to help me find another one. When he went up to Jose (because it's his department)to ask him if he might know if there are more...Jose told me that those are impossible to find! Really?! I mentioned, I visited two other stores and they have 21 in stock. How does that help me? I kindly ask if he can check anyway. He said those don't come in stock often, there inventory information is always wrong and I could go on with his excuses! He repeated, It's impossible to find and overall demeaner was so negative and discouraging from shopping there. If it wasn't for Chris, I would have left to a forth store!
Anyway, I didn't even have to ask Chris as Jose was wasting more of my time with excuses of why I can't/won't find it. It was like just a look at Chris he was on it! He didn't promise anything and just to hang a bit. Jose left after I wasn't feeding into his negative vibes and said "I know it's frustrating"! Trying to keep my cool...I didn't mention that the only frustrating thing was HIM as he neglected to help.
Then Chris comes (within 3 mins) with a box full of them! I don't like putting people down like Jose so I just mentioned to Chris I was going to write a nice review about him going out of his way to help and found a Manager along my way out to share my experience with Chris and Jose.
Tip for JOSE: Don't discourage buyers, know your inventory (since you rather restock than help customers), be give positive vibes by being helpful & resourceful and Please thank Chris for doing your job!

We received great service from the Customer Service team at this Home Depot branch.
I don’t know his name but in less than 30 minutes from calling in an order a team member there had set aside a large order of landscape lights for us that we couldn’t find anywhere else.
I forgot to mention in my after purchase survey, but the cashier at Customer Service, Koo, was just great. Very helpful, swift and friendly.

I came with specific needs. The staff, though plentiful went to some trouble to avoid customer contact. It took a long time to get any help. The help was impatient and ignorant, at least where I needed help. Nobody seemed to know where anything was, or if they had certain items in the store. They said the computer was down and felt that was information enough.

I end up paying 130 plus tax. Not happy at all
