The item i wanted to purchase was displayed at 49.99 when I scanned it at the register it rang up...
The item i wanted to purchase was displayed at 49.99 when I scanned it at the register it rang up at 149. I then asked for help at the self check out. The employee Gloria said she would call the manager by the name of Gladys. We took her to the isle to show where the item was. There was a label with the description of the item for 49. The store did not sell the item at the price it was displayed even after an employee confirmed the price with me.

I am a Home Depot pro. I am elderly and I have shopped at the Burbank Home Depot sense it opened. I would like to thank Alida at the pro check-out for her kind professional and friendly service. Alida is relatively new at the pro section and has helped me a few times. Today she knew me by name and knew I wasn’t feeling well and asked how I was doing. She honestly was concerned. Home Depot is lucky to have an employee like Alida. I hope you appreciate her as much as I do.

I have been shopping at hardware stores for over sixty years. The Burbank Store has the best pro-desk around! Alex & Pat & Erick & Louis are outstanding. They not only know their jobs but do their jobs with great passion and dedication. I know that I will get great service each and every time I come in to shop. They make it a pleasure to shop at the Burbank Home Depot. The last time I came in Alida helped me. I can see already Alida is going to be a great addition to the pro-desk. Thanks Aldia

Store is nice and clean but, as always with ALL Home Depot locations, staff seemed to be spread thin. BUT, Marco was awesome and extremely helpful! All the staff here seem to be kind and not attitudey’ when you ask them for help. If HD would just hire more staff all all locations, the staff they DO have working would be happier and more eager to help I think.

I am a contractor been to over a dozen home depot's the Burbank one is the worst I've been to! just recently they've over charge me double scanning items they Refuse to return blinds that they cut Wrong measurement Written on the Box they are constantly out of stock On common items for long periods of time Very Mis managed Would Hope corporate gets in there and cleans house This location is closest to me but I have to go to farther ones cause every time I go there a badd experience.

This is my GO TO store as they always have lumber carts available! The Glendale and San Fernando stores do not have enough lumber carts for use and you spend time looking for a lumber cart instead of shopping! Also, this store has a better in stock of products in Hardware, Paint, and Plumbing than other stores. The Lumber Dept has a shortage of many common size lumber, for example, redwood fence boards, 2x4's in redwood, and pressure treated 4x4x8. The store employees are mostly willing to help you with questions and are friendly when approached. The parking lot is also very well maintained.

great store , easy to shop in there. related items next to eachother , carts are readily available. they have flat carts to the height of car so when you have a big item you don't need to bend down to pick up the item from the ground because it is already to car's cargo level.

Maryam and Sierra lovely ladies were kind enough to be of help when the self check out machince was acting up. Last Miguel and Worbin again, carried the A/C into my SUV. Everyone was kind, friendly, helpful and caring...superb! Therefore I'm grateful and delighted on my visit. The store is nice, clean and orgainze well.

I had already purchased my items and realized that I had a new HomeDepot credit card that I applied for online. I asked Karla, the Sales Associate/Cashier if I could return my purchase and re-purchase using my virtual Home Depot credit card as I had not receive the physical card. Immediately, she helped me and reminded me of the $50 bonus that I should have received with opening a new card as well as the six months interest free for purchases over $300. Her customer service was excellent, she made the transaction easy and pleasant. Very rare in many big box stores to receive such personal service. She should train all HD personnel to have such excellent customer service skills and continue to promote HD products and services.

They have product in stock that many others do not have.
The personnel working here is friendly, accommodating, attentive to detail. They know their products and want to make sure you have a quality shopping experience.
Your wait in line to make your purchase is not long at all.
The management is easily accessible and very personable. You can tell that he respects his employees and trains them well.

To protect my family, I tried the curbside pickup at the Burbank store. I am a frequent customer there. When I parked, the associate came right up to my car door, less than 2 feet away from me, with no mask or gloves on. I asked him to please step back, and he became belligerent and rude, yelling at me, and left. I waited and watched him approach several other customers’ cars in the same way. I called the store immediately and asked for a manager. The associate who answered hung up on me. Assuming she made a mistake, I called back. 4 times. As soon as I mentioned a manager, they hung up again.
I waited 20 minutes, with no service. Finally, I headed home, intending to cancel the order. I was surprised to see the website showed that I had picked up the order! I tried calling again, with no success. So I called my credit card company to file a fraudulent charge claim. This used to be my favorite store. Very sad. I won’t be back.

The Burbank store is wonderful, clean and the staff is very helpful! We live in West Hollywood, so technically the Hollywood location is more convenient for us, but we make the trek over the hill for the Burbank location every time. They are being very diligent about safety, cleanliness and social distancing practices curing this COVID-19 situation, which makes us feel comfortable shopping there. Aundrea, a cashier, is especially wonderful, helpful and knowledgable. If you luck out to get into her line, your day is made!
