The sale person Stan Zitser is THE BEST we ever had. He is very PROFECIANAL, intelligent and patient. The Home Depot very lucky for having an employee like Stan. I give him five stars+++, and really hope That HD will recognize him on our behalf as well. We were very lucky to have him.. We very appreciate everything HE have done to make our shopping experience easy. Thank you HD and Stan for your help. With appreciation.

I’ve been shopping at this Home Depot forever in the beginning it was great all the help very knowledgeable very professional and very helpful. Over the years things got to be worse and several years back it was a nightmare no one helped you no one seemed to wanna be there. For the last few years things have dramatically changed. Almost the entire staff is pleasant professional knowledgeable and willing to help it’s a big change from what it was a few years ago.

JANETH, LUCY and AMY were amazingly professional courteous fast friendly and knowledgeable!!!!!!! They deserve a one month’s paid vacation and a pay raise!!!!!!! Keep up the EXCELLENT WORK YOUNG LADIES— BLESSINGS TO YOU & YOURS!!!!!!!

I was trying to get a weed barrier today. I found them on the store app as available in store. I asked if I can substitute two smaller sized barriers to equal the size of weed barrier I needed. Cristal offered a discount (with approval from her supervisor) on the items to match the price of the bigger but cheaper barrier that I planned on purchasing. She showed excellent customer service and sincerity while assisting us.

You will wait for a very long time for simple things like propane exchange. They are too busy talking with each other to help anyone.

Great flooring and kitchen designer services. Home Depot's designer/sales associate helped me complete my flooring and kitchen projects down to the smallest details. All the materials and installation services I needed were provided timely and faster than I expected.

Sal took the time to listen and answer all my questions plus more :) He was very helpful in providing options and his knowledge in the product(doorknob/deadbolt) and I left the store with exactly what I needed — I appreciate you Sal, You Rock. Thank You Home Depot for having such an awesome employee like Sal!!

This store has been my go-to store for a very long time (over 20 years). It has for the most part supplied all my home improvement needs in that time period. The associates have always been friendly and helpful.

The veteran that assisted me today, Robert Baker, on Roscoe Blvd in Reseda California...this man was a perfect example of customer service and going above and beyond for people. Robert Baker worked hard for me and never complained, he was full of respect and all of the best parts of human nature. Very friendly staff especially Oneyda, she’s excellent at costumer service. She helped me out to get my item that I was looking for.

This is the cleanest well stocked store in the area and they have the most trained people.

Employees are very knowledgeable and store is well stocked.

Excellent service from Catalina and Savanah today, who helped me search for, decide on, purchase and load two fabulous area rugs! These ladies take pride in their job. I will definitely be back to this location to purchase more items for my new home thanks to their phenomenal customer care.
