While shopping in this location, if you do not get answers or service from other employees, please go to service desk and ask for Denise, she will take care of you all the way. Of course there are other helpful employees there as well but few are not.

This store has a great staff that works as a respectful team. This enable me to make a large complicated purchase in minutes. Very Refreshing.

I have shopped at this store for 20 years and they always have what I want.

I consider The Home Depot my "toy store" as I am a do it yourselfer as well as being a carpenters daughter.

Our cashier Mary went above and beyond to make sure my mother and I were fully taken care of. She was not only a very dedicated and bright lady she was very warm and welcoming. The customer service and cashiers are very professional, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Because of that , we will continue to shop here as well as tell others to shop here too!

A normal HD store, isn't the one that has the most plenty inventories, but serves the need 90% of time.

This location - there's plenty of employees throughout the store that it's easy to get help when you need it. Cashiers are friendly and get the people waiting in line quickly taken care of.

I have been shopping at this store for many years. Always useful and friendly.

The one line to check out is crummy. Takes longer, people get confused and it causes disagreements among your customers. The usual line up where you want to check out is much better. Your other stores follow this procedure. I wish you would consider changing your policy

While it's overwhelming to come into such a busy store I love coming in here because I'm always greeted multiple times as I'm walking the aisles. I try to come in when it's not as busy in the evening because I find it easy but I love the people who work here. The times I have been able to find what I need people in the service desk always help me find where to find it or order it online

Like other Home Depot stores, the inventory and staff are excellent. In addition, the location and parking were convenient for my purpose.

I am doing my own remodel and the staff is knowledgable and can give great advise. Darren in electrical is my "Go to guy". Beth in Garden knows her plants. I have found my lighting (kitchen, bath and front room), and fans all at Home depot.com. I Love the web site and if its not right the Carmichael store takes it back, no problem. Thanks to the great staff my remodel is moving along.

My daughter-in-love and I went to the garden center to purchase plants for her new home. We found exactly what we were looking for and got through the check out quickly and easily. Even tho the clerk panicked when asked to ring up the gardenia separately . . . he didn't know which plant in our cart was the gardenia . . . "I don't usually work in this department!!", he said with a deer in the headlights look. He was cute and helpful and got us through check out quickly. It was a beautiful day and everyone had the same idea as us, let's get planting!!

Needed an emergency quick fix-it and solution for further repair. The sales floor employees were very helpful and cashier Simone was quick and pleasant. I will be back for my other home needs.

Friendly and helpful staff are always ready to answer questions and offer assistance. My neighborhood store!

Clean and find most of the stuff

This store is always clean and the products are always easy to find. The staff is also incredibly helpful and very friendly.

They have really great friendly cashiers and are always helpful when asked a question

Love the PRO desk, Wayne, Michael, Ross, and Kelley. All amazing and provided me with excellent customer service.

aisles were nicely maintained and associates are extremely friendly and helpful.

I have noticed that over the years this store has made an effort to be more available with floor workers to help those customers, like myself, who has NO idea about building and supplies; but never the less does use Home Depot for everyday items. Now when I walk in, someone is there to ask me if I need assistance. I appreciate that as I don't have to walk all over that huge store.

Employees have acted as if they don't want to help. Or don't return when asked to get something.

Products were easy to find and the cashiers moved efficiently to keep the checkout line moving.

The Carmichael, Ca Pro Desk is excellent! The staff at each department is knowledgeable and friendly. They have no problem dropping what they're doing to help with a smile. They get familiar with your project and suggest products and shortcuts to get the job done right. The store is clean and tidy. Absolute joy to shop there!

This store has been here for a very long time, but remains clean and well stocked. It is conveniently laid out and takes good care of the customers.
