I was sold an expensive thermostat and given a used one! When I went back to get the thermostat I should have given I. The first place I had to jump though hoops like it was my fault. How insulting!! Fix this!!

Carrollwood Home Depot is always fully stocked & the staff is always ready to help!

The cashier Sally was very helpful and enjoyable to work with.

This Home Depot is the only stop you would need to make from product to employees and knowledge.

This is a great place to shop. Great selection and prices.

Usually, this store is well-stocked and people readily available to help. The grill we saw at another HD store, was not on the floor, assembled at our store, when we were ready to purchase. Took some time to find someone to get it down, in the box, from a high shelf. The cover was not in stock at all. (Went to yet another HD for that.) The cashier, Sally was great, as well as the woman who fork lifted the grill down for us. It took Frank, my husband, two days, after work, to assemble the grill.

Outstanding employees. Especially, Jo! Thank you Home Depot and Jo be back soon!!

Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Shelves were well stocked and I was able to find what I needed right away

The only problem that has to be addressed, is the lighthing in the parking lot.

This store was clean, well-lit, neat, and organized. The associates in the safety zone section were helpful and accommodating. This store epitomizes quality customer service.

The folks at this 16121 N Dale Mabry Store are very helpful and personable. I visit this store so frequently several of the cashiers know me by name and greet me when they seem. Sally and Michelle are two of the best.

This store has just great service ,and great prices . it that simple.

I went to return a gift that ended up being a duplicate power tool I already own. The box had original seal and gift wrap still on it. I thought NBD I am getting other items and would us the store credit that day anyway. However my return was rejected due to lack of receipt and I was told by the Customer Service Rep that I return too many things. This statement really blew my mind. I know in today's world Good customer service is hard to come by but this experience was so much worse than normal for Home Depot. I am a Contractor and am in Home Depot almost daily. Today I left the North Tampa store feeling like they considered me a common criminal instead of a valued customer which I am (WAS).

Service desk is knowledgeable - Store associates are willing to help and asked if I needed any assistance in finding an extension cord for my Christmas lights and I did. Store was clean and easy to move around in.

Associates were very friendly and very helpful, especially Mr. Tall Tom. Thank you again.

it very simple good service. That is why I keep coming back. I never spend alot of money.

Although in store was nice, when a problem happened there was nothing they were willing to do. I had to travel to 3 different stores because each one had only 1 of the product I needed and each time it was damaged. When calling customer service they told me they could do a refund, but I would have to travel to a 4th store because they can't order it for me because their system shows it in stock in a store in the city and that they can't transfer product between stores.

Re: pricing. Need 5 kitchen cabinet boxes with lightrails, crown, etc. the whole works for dining room built ins. Received a quote from the same people who did our kitchen for $2400 but color wasn’t exactly right. Got a quote for your priceleader custom cabinets ...same exact design...for over $7000. Your sign says a 10x10 kitchen for $3000. We wanted 5 boxes. $7000? We’ll take the other color. Not very blue collar friendly, Home Depot.

Great store and wonderful employee!

I always enjoy shopping at Home Depot. When looking for an unusual item it is always comforting to find an employee who is willing to help you search, and have a great attitude. During our search he was persistent in helping me find the items I needed. The store was clean, and the employee went to the computer and checked for the availability and location of the items I needed. The item was found on the computer and located exactly where it was shown. Thank you.
