I was visiting this store with my sister who was shopping for a new top loading washer. We had previously been to another big box store with no success in locating the product she wanted. It was back ordered and there were none in stock. As soon as we landed in the appliance section of this HD store a very kind and knowledgeable employee asked us if he could be of assistance. My sister and I had located the same item at HD that had not been available at the other store and asked about availability here. The price was the same and this HD had 83 of this particular product in house. 83 compared to none! Needless to say, my sister bought the washer at HD and made a comment that she would probably check this store in the future rather than going to the other big box store. Very pleased with the service, knowledge of sales person, availability of product, and pricing at this HD store.

I went in for more decorations I go there because they have a great selection and very good prices.The customer service is always great when I go there.

I live in Wilson, NC, I was looking some special lights for X-mas and the Cary Store happen to have them. But the store is located about 50 miles from us. So I called the store and asked about shipping them to me. They didn't offer shipping at this time. But, I must say though, they got them to me, and they went way out of there way to look after me! Thanks to the #1 Cary Home Depot. I would not have my specials X-mas lights without you! I will go out of my way just to shop at this location. Just think, if they go out of their way to help you on line, just imagine what they will do for you if you shop there.

I purchased laminate flooring. I priced your store against Lowes Home Improvement and found yours to be a better fit. The original visit was not great. Mostly because the associates calculate was not working well and trying to figure out the prices was difficult, so I pulled out my phone to help her. When I made the decision and called in the order, your credit card system kept declining my card and charging $1.00 to the card. After several phone calls between the bank and your store, we figured out it was your system and I had to come into the store to present the card. Inconvenient and time consuming between the phone calls and going into the store, but Derek in flooring was persistent and very helpful! Now I am waiting getting credits back on the card for five $1 charges and hopeful we can coordinate between getting the carpet pulled up, getting the painters in the townhouse to put down the Kilz on the floor, getting the laminate delivered and acclimated to the environment and getting it installed! I'm waiting for LaTonya to call me back.

The store associates were very polite and helpful, they helped me find the item I was looking for in record timing, and even made a few thoughtful suggestions. As usual, I left home depot with what I came for and ideas for new projects!

I returned to Home Depot with my wife after being very satisfied, particularly compared with my experience with a nearby competitor, having bought lumber & supplies for a home project last week. Today's experience was even better than last weeks. The selection was comprehensive & the store associates were outstanding as regards friendliness, product knowledge, & availability. They struck the right balance in being available & helpful without being intrusive- a rare combination. I'm still struck with the unexpectedly excellent retail experience. Thanks.

This location is the best in the Raleigh area. I drive all the way up from Pinehurst just to shop at the Cary store because the employees are always smiling and so friendly. They really go above and beyond to help there customers.

My wife and I had an amazing time today shopping for all new appliances. Tod helped us through this major purchase and we can not be happier! Thank you Tod and thank you Home Depot!

I really appreciate how helpful, patient and thorough Amer was in helping me pick out supplies for my kitchen tiling project. He seemed genuinely interested in what I was doing and making sure I got the right products for the job.

I was happy with the assistance I received from the store associate. We had to get wire pulled from one of the pallets and they got the forklift promptly and got us taken care of.

I needed to find a louvered bi-fold door and was glad to be able to go on line and know that the store had it. As a result I came in and bought a whole list of things I could have bought elsewhere. I also bought some "impulse items" that I found as I was going through the aisles and 4 doors that an associate pointed out to me were on clearance and thought I might want. Home Depot did not have the wire shelving I wanted, but I also knew that from having gone on-line. I did confirm that HD doesn't carry the shelving I want, but I wasn't disappointed since it wasn't on the web site. All in all a good day of shopping.

Ken was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I will always use Home Depot if I have the same level of customer service.

What I like about this store is if I ask an associate a question that is not his/her department and they may not know the answer, they offer to get the person in charge of that department who can gaive me the correct answer. Many times, I know more than the associate and I know when they don't know what they are talking about. and giving me incorrect information.

We were looking for new LED lights for a couple of rooms in our house. Lighting department was well set up and easy to find what we needed.

Brenda in the cabinets area was SUPER helpful. Took the time to show us options and helped us pick out what we needed.

Went to buy a pressure washer but had difficulty locating what I wanted/needed until I reached Marie at the front desk. She felt my frustration and quickly satisfied my issues. What a spectacular experience. Good thing I found Marie (and even better that they hired her!)!

Went there to pick up an on-line order. Clerks were very friendly and helpful. Shopped the store for other items. Store associates were helpful locating products, and the store was well organized. Overall, a very enjoyable and even fun experience.

The Garner store did not have what I needed and advised that the Cary location had what I needed. I did not realize that Hampton Bay was changing to Home Decorations. Was glad to learn this.

Took a tiling class and no associates could help me find where to go. After the class I planned to buy some yard equipment that ended up being out of stock but I couldn't find an associate to see if there were any elsewhere. Left without buying the weewhacker, tiller, chainsaw and pruner I planned to

Took 45 min to find 6 common items. Associates few and far between to help.

Manager has had several opportunities to make things right and earn back a customer but he does not seem interested in that.

I had a very positive experience at this store. Gary who works in kitchen and bath was very patient with us. He spent about an hour with us and helped us make our selections and answered all our questions. I spent over $3000 on this visit and look forward to returning to this store in the future. Very satisfied with my experience.

After visiting a competitor and leaving with nothing, I looked online for needed products and drove straight to the Cary Crossroads Home Depot. There were friendly people to help me with all my buying needs. Prices were good, store was clean and the service was amazing. Being a female with limited experience in minor home repairs, I need help. Thanks to the plumbing associate that took the time to explain how to install and adjust toilet flappers.

I called in advance to verify that the item I wanted was in stock. After arriving, I was led directly to the item, and received help in transporting and placing the item in my car. I couldn't have done it without them !!

Marie in Customer Service went way above her job duty to help us. She made us feel confident in the service at the store . Doing renovations to our home ourselves and knowledgeable help is definitely needed. Thank you
