This store doesn't carry everything that stores in the greater Phoenix valley area but, the staff is always friendly and helpful.

i always go to this store & they always hqve the store clean & neat , plus they even had the paint i was looking for. The placement of the items were in order & easily ready, i needed help and there was an associate willing to help me, i give it a 4 star due to it being close by and self check out was a breeze.

Being a Maricopa resident this is typically my go to store for most of my woodworking projects or sheetgoods. The assitant manager Justin, has always been helpful and friendly during my visits. On this particular visit i had to make an exchange for a trim router i had recently purchased. Due to cluttered inventory, i grabbed the wrong one as they looked the same. Justin took ownership of that mistake and was abke to find the right one for the exchange.

Went in for some softener salt and other miscellaneous items. Went to plumbing were the water softeners are sold couldn't find the salt. Circled the store with my cart and finally found an employee stocking shelves. I asked her and she said plumbing isle 16 or 17. When arrived back in plumbing still couldn't find the salt. I asked a customer who stated that it's kept by the doors where the professional contractors check out. Talk about hidden away. After I put two bags of salt on the cart I went to the garden center and got a couple more items and checked out there. The machine kept rejecting my debit card and I informed the clerk I know there's plenty of money in my account. The clerk stated it's been doing that all week and kept telling me to keep putting the card thru again and again. When I checked my checking account later that day I noticed the same receipt has gone thru four times. This is day five from the day of purchase and still no help correcting there mistakes.

Deborah, Debbie, helped me apply for a home depot card, talked with me about the perks of my husband and I owning our home. Even helped me when we found a dent in the grill we bought! Honestly she made my night 5x better than I thought it would go and my husband was very happy to get his brand new grill on our truck! Expect to see a lot more of this Family in there for our future home improvements! Thanks again Debbie, Your amazing. Also to the other associates there. Thank you for being so amazingly helpful every time I go to the store.

I have always enjoyed going to home Depot my wife gave me a list today plants to buy plus they were having their spring Black Friday sale those sales are always good but it was an enjoyable to be surrounded by plants and people that love plants just like we do.living in Arizona we just moved here three years ago so it could get pretty warm so that's also questions that I asked what plants would thrive.in Arizona weather

The staff is always friendly. They have amazing people like Ken who work their and are extremely knowledgeable and go out of their way to share.

i stopped going to this location a few years ago, for the same reason...super bad associates and service. i will never return to this store again and will absolutely never recommend it to NOBODY i know

Melda was a very friendly checkout person.

Renee was horribly rude towards me. Answered personal cell phone mid conversation with me to talk to her "honey".. awful.. the other employees were nice though! Old fella named tom with glasses and reeks of cigarettes in orange polo looks like he minds everybody's business but his and doesn't get his job done whilst making everyone else pick up his slack.

Every Home Depot store has flat and horizontal loading cartscarts at the building materials area where plywood and long two-by-fours are Etc. Why on God's green earth do they keep all of the carts outside and when asked they say "not here bro"?? Absolutely unprofessional Home Depot, needs work. Also, the pro Xtra Rewards program is absolutely garbage because it offers no benefit to contractors, only painters. You are not marketing this to painters but contractors, why? You are fooling contractors into using you as vendors thinking we will get paint rewards and discounts at that portion of the project, and that is not the case. Please fix this As You Are fooling contractors into thinking they will get cheap paint at the end of the project.

We found lots of helpful employees. The store was clean and well stocked.

old man in orange polo with glasses and smelled horribly of cigarettes, rudest i've ever met, no help, slacked his job to watch store employees, made his employees pick up his slack. bad. the cashiers and construction guys were the friendliest and very helpful!!

old fellow named tom in orange polo is horribly mean. he would be the only reason I wouldn't come back. other than him, the store is wonderful.
