Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

Is patio furniture on sale for Father's Day?

Start shopping for Father's Day gifts that your dad will love. The Home Depot Father's Day Sale runs June 4th to 24th online or in-store, and you can save on outdoor power equipment, smart home gifts, grills, tools, and more. We've got Father's Day deals on everything he can't wait to receive.

What home repairs should I make before summer storms hit?

Be confident your home is set for summer temperatures by repairing faulty components of your home and hardscaping. Check cinder blocks and brick for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from water damage and missing pieces. On your house's exterior, inspect roof shingles or metal roofing for damage that may let water in. Keep gutters fully functional to keep rain overflow from backing up into your home when storms arrive. Lastly, chimney caps and vinyl siding should be swapped out if they're badly weathered.

Do you offer moving boxes?

Make moving or storage easier by picking up an assortment of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you've been looking for, including specialty ones like wardrobe and TV boxes. Cushion your items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it to your next location safely. Remember to check out our moving truck rentals if you need those as well.

Should I get an inverter generator or a portable generator?

Having a generator means you're prepared year-round for any circumstances Mother Nature throws at you. Whether dealing with tornados, hurricanes, severe thunderstorms, or blizzards, a portable generator lets you enjoy electricity when the elements take it out. When exploring different generators for sale, remember that inverter generators are pricier than portable generators, but they're also quieter and cleaner. Always run your generators outside, away from doors and windows, for safety purposes.

What are the benefits of doorbell cameras?

Enjoy peace of mind, privacy, and safety with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. No more peeking through a peephole when you can view animal or human visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you talk to whoever is on your doorstep via your phone, a useful interaction to scare off would-be porch pirates or talk to delivery people. Several cameras integrate with your smart home hub or app to give you easy and flexible accessibility. Save video clips for future reference and worry less with more control.

What's the project at The Home Depot Kids Workshop this month?

Head to the Kids Workshop from 9–noon on June 6, 2026. Sign up for free to build a pint-sized soccer game. You provide the creativity and we provide the materials. Team up with your kids to make this fun craft while supplies last. Don't forget to leave some time to play a few rounds of DIY soccer!
