We were assisted multiple times by various staff always the same consistent service and courtesy. Assistance was readily available throughout the Cedar City store. The store and restrooms were well maintained. Actually noticeably improved in the restrooms and general sanitation of those facilities.

The store appeared clean and well stocked. I would recommend Greg Kaisen for all kitchen service. Thank you Greg!

Went on Memorial Weekend very busy store.

If you are looking for appliances go elsewhere. They don't have any in stock have to do special order. Then once you paid they keep changing the receiving date. Originally told my order would be in store and ready for pick-up on the 15th. Today the 22nd still no order and customer service tells me it might be here we don't know yet again tomorrow. Poor service once money is in their register.

I go into Home Depo quite often, in Cedar City Utah 84720. There is an employee named Donnita, she is a manager there, I think? Anyway she has been so helpful and knowledgeable about your store and your procedures. She is an absolute pleasure to work with, she makes shopping Home Depot so much nicer. I hope there are many employees as good as her. She is a gem and hopefully she stays there working for a long time.

I had an unusual request for a water line set up for a refrigerator. Zack helped me locate all the different parts that I needed. Fortunately you had the same model of refrigerator, so we knew what parts to get for both ends. Zack made sure all the parts worked together. It's nice driving out of the parking lot with confidence you have all the right parts.

Times, right now are Stressful. This Store and it's Employees put my mind off what's going on outside the store and keeps me focused on what I came in for. Makes me want to Shop more , Thank You. Michael Guillen. Retired Vet USMC

This stores customer service has really grown,I have lived here for 13 yrs and I feel employees seem to acknowledge customers much better.

This is by far the best Home Depot I've ever shopped at. The staff is fantastic . They all ask if I found what I was looking for. Amazing people running the store too. The managers are often times out on the floor helping others.

The store manager, Derek, was so helpful with information on the differences between water heaters. Also informed me of the update with the military discount, and then assisted me with taking the water heater to the cashier, Donna, who was so pleasant. I love going there because if I need help, there's always someone there to help!

Karie in the Cabinetry are is the BEST EVER!!!!!! She helped us design a great custom cabinet kitchen and was so patient and personable. She really knows her stuff!! She gets a million gold stars from us!

I've been to lots of hardware and lumber stores, but this one is special because of the way the staff treats the customers, not to mention I can find virtually anything I want there when it comes to lumber, hardware, and more. The staff members are always very helpful in helping me find the items I want. Shopping at Home Depot is always a fun experience.

This is my favorite Home Depot store to shop in. It has a wide variety of products, better selections than the two other store I shop at in Washington and St. George. The employees are also very helpful.

If you are a full time contractor of a newby do-it-yourselfer the Cedar City Home Depot is the place to go. The people are friendly and knowledgeable. When it comes to checkout the place to be is in Robins line. She has the ability to help you through checkout and then sends you on your way with a smile.

I came in to look for cheap carpet for a house that is going up for sale. Kim the manager in flooring was able to show me a better product for a little more in price. I hadn't even considered that option. I'm glad she was there to make the suggestion for 3000 sq ft of carpet and pad.

The store has a very friendly, inviting staff that are very helpful. It was clean and well organized. I was able to find products easily or be directed by employees.

We went to Home Depot last night to purchase light fixtures, window covering, all new kitchen appliances, washer and dryer and several ceiling fans. I am remodeling my house. Our associate Karie made our experience so enjoyable and saved several hundred dollars in the process. Thank you Karie for treating us so special. I will see you again soon.
