I was able to find what I was looking for without any problems.

We are remodeling our kitchen and Randy was very helpful with our cabinet and countertop selections. He let us know about our different options. Very smooth transition to a new kitchen.

I purchased the 24 x 24 carpet tiles as a quick fix and at a cheaper alternative to regular carpet. I must say it was still a little pricy for my quick fix problem but I am very pleased with the outcome. It looks and feel good. Although I had to purchase 5 boxes. I will use in other rooms as well. Thanks Home Depot.

I have shopped that store since it opened. While the basic layout has not changed, there has been some "fine tuning" in the checkout and return areas which improve the ease of shopping the store ... easy in/easy out. Have also found your employees have helpful product knowledge. Store is always clean. If you need finding something or getting your purchase to your car No problem here. It is great.

I stood in the lawn and garden side for 30 minutes and not once did anyone offer there help a guy walked in and 2 seconds later he got asked before me if he needed help finally a guy name Brian that was putting the buggies up came over and offered to help if it wasn't for him I would've still been standing there

My refrigerator died so I went to Home Depot dreading having to deal with getting a sales person to tKe the time to help me with the process. And also price conparing with different stores. I was pleasantly surprised! The lady that, right away, asked how she could help me..certainly was knowledgable about products and Home Depot sales and deals going. I purchased the refrigerator and felt good about my purchase.

Every cashier to the store manager was excellent. The products were easy to find, and employee assistance was immediate. I can not say one bad thing about this Home Depot, as far as I am concerned it is the best store I have visited.

great parking & great location especially for contractors or customers that would require no customer associate assistance. BUT if you require assistance or have questions you literally have to walk the isles trying to find an associate & sometimes have to spend 10 to 15 minutes just to find an associate & generally find a few of them gathered together shooting the breeze with each other instead of being readily available to assist customers OR to answer questions !

GREAT location with good parking so easy in & out BUT my biggest complaint is if I need help have to look for a floor associate & usually find 2 to 4 together just seemingly socializing with each other which makes me feel like i'm intruding to ask ask for help !

Most times difficult to find a customer service rep & when they are found there is 2 to 4 together talking or seemingly socializing which makes me (& i'm sure others) feel we are intruding on them by asking for help !

The employees are helpful and friendly and I usually have a good visit. Sales are usually good and they have what they advertise.

Love the Contractor breakfasts and always get a personal invitation by telephone - these folks appreciate your business and are happy to show it!

The older gentleman that helped us in the kitchen hardware department stopped what he was doing and helped us find the correct shelving brackets that we needed in about 2 minutes. He knew which drawer to look in and gave us a couple of options. Moving and losing things is awful. Shopping in this store is pleasant and quick.

The store employees are tops! Unlike other home improvement stores, (who's name rhymes with Mowe's) they are always helpful and willing to engage customers. Great work

I sleep with a box fan for the white noise. Ours died this week. After researching, Home Depot had them in stock and a decent price. Three associates were outstanding and one was unhelpful. The first did his best to find the fans, but was not sure where they were located. I thanked him and continued to look for other items on my list. Two other associates asked if I needed help. I explained I was told there NO box fans in the store as they were seasonal, but the website states there were 58 in the store. One associates said there were tabletop versions. I said needed the box fans and the other associate said they had some in store. He said it might take them a few minutes. I said I was willing to wait. They proceeded to head for the aisle in which they were stored. It took a bit longer as they had to get them down off the top shelf with a forklift. I wish I had their names. They went above and beyond today. Their customer service was outstanding. The four stars are because one associate who could not be bothered to help me, but didn't help his fellow associate. I will visit this store again. The three associates who were helpful made this customer's day.

We have been remodeling our home and are so pleased with this store. We started in the paint department and the associates there were extremely helpful and suggesting methods and items to help us get the perfect shades. Next we went to the kitchen cabinets, countertops, etc. Randy in cabinets helped us find our dream kitchen. He was very knowledgeable of his products and made the remodeling components an easy decision. The flooring department as well went out of their way to make sure we could get what we needed and educated us on hardwood flooring. Cannot remember a time when I was so impressed with "one stop shopping". Thanks to all of the associates who have helped us!

Home Depot #0731 near Knoxville Center Mall at Washington Pike is my "go to" home goods and building supply store! I've always been treated with understanding and good manners. The Sales Associates are always attentive and helpful. They act quickly to help me navigate throughout the store with any questions that I have. I do price comparisons regularly and always end my search for the best price and value at Home Depot.

my major complaint is that when i go there i have a difficult time finding an associate when / if i need help, generally have to look for them and when found they are most always 2 to 4 employees together chatting / socializing with each other & makes us feel we are INTRUDING to ask for help !
