I am new to Cheyenne; and on my new remodeling project needed some TLC help and assistance. The Cheyenne store has some of the most knowledgeable and professional of any home sales products store I can remember. Great Job. Excellent customer service.

Bought a paint pad and Cherie helped me at the check out with the military discount. I like the new way the discount works - previously half the time the app wouldn't come up.

I buy most of my plants here and am happy with their beauty

We came in to pick up some items and using a government card we didn't know if it was going to remove the tax and the cashier stated with our card it should be automatic. She walked us through it and very helpful. Thank you!

Mia helped us find the right product, and when we realized it was only stocked in one gallon buckets, and we needed 5, she went above and beyond and gave us the 5 gallon price! Thank you Mia!

Always seem to find stuff I didn’t no I needed!

Natalie, Mia, Kevin, Lori and Amanda are hands down superstars. I go to this location min. 2 times a day being a general contractor. I am always able to count on these 5 to not only help me with what I am looking for but they find a way to make me smile and turn a bad day into a good one with there positive attitudes and generosity.

I frequent Home Depot at least once a week. Every time I am in there, I never have trouble finding a staff member if I need help. Sometimes they find me! I generally do not need any help with product information, but anytime I am trying to locate something the staff will work on tracking it down or getting me information on re-stock dates right then and there. Very professional and helpful staff. Been to a ton of HD's throughout the country and this location is probably my favorite.

We have done a lot of business with Cheyenne Home Depot, this year. Very helpful, right there to assist. Down to earth friendliness with lots of insight!

We are remodeling our kitchen and we worked with Linda the kitchen designer. She was amazing, she answered our questions, she listened to our needs. She had some great suggestions. Couldn’t have been better.

We bought a washer and it was the price we were looking for

We have visited this store many times since fall as we are building a house. We have always been satisfied with being able to get our building supplies and items needed. Only once need a bunk of wood and no one in store able to get it for us as no one in store could run the forklift. Picked it up on our next trip

Lydia cleared up a lost order and got a new delivery set up. Very kind , courteous and knowledgable.

Had Rigid Tool repairs needing handled. Deanna, was excellent to work with, she is friendly, and has great follow through.

I've shopped this store for most of my home improvement needs up until the last 2 years they were doing alright. Now inventory counts are so far off you never know if they will have what you need actually in stock. In the last 2 months I have shopped for everything from simple utility knives to chainsaws, everything says it is in stock and when I get to the store nothing is there.

We shopped at Home Deport because of the brand appliance and toilet we wanted. They advertise on the TV Military Discount but don't tell you that you have a have an app on your smart phone. This is the last time we will ever enter this store as we have walked out of it in the past because of customer service.

Horrible customer service

This Saturday, we went in to purchase a Ring doorbell camera. Every employee created us but one in particular went above and beyond. Joni at the self checkout was the nicest cashier I’ve have in a very long time. She seemed to be kind of new, and needed help locating where to unlock the camera. She apologized, which was not needed but nice and got help from another employee. She remembered the store policies about purchasing anything in the cabinet, double checked the barcode and made sure the receipt had a successful payment. She reminded me about the military discount program, which was very appreciated! She thanked me for my service and mentioned the survey on the receipt for a chance to win a gift card, to which I took advantage of! We even came back a few hours later to purchase another! Thank you, Joni!

William in paint was kind and helpful. The cashier who checked me out was friendly and I didn't get his name. Items were expensive.

We have bought several things and then had to take back things, there has never been a problem or question about refunds or exchanges.

We went to this Home Depot which is farther away from where we live than another Home Depot because the closer one has not given us good service with previous projects. Deborah was amazing to work with in getting a new dishwasher!

From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted with a warm hello from the sales associate. I then proceeded tell him what I needed and within seconds he was able to flag down his manager and notify him that I wanted a grill which was locked outside. His manager quickly unlocked the grills and gave me the one I wanted. Upon inspection the sales associate told me about a small dent in the grill and that he would ask the manager for a discount which the manager Agreed to. After, that I was checked out at the customer service desk by Marina who did a fabulous job! Thanks Home Depot I look forward to coming back.

From dry wall to plumbing there’s a clearly labeled sign pointing you in ever direction needed. Fast and easy shopping trip.
